Bhakts will not see this as anything wrong! Biased views & hypocrisy is never ending.

Problem is that not a lot of audience is online or on SM . A very large group of audience are people who watch such shows and get influenced! TV is a wide spread medium.. Showing messed up thinking or flawed charachter is not incorrect, but presenting them as leads & conveying their actions as ultimate path of righteousness is giving out wrong messages.

Yep totally agreed. I have always called out Anuj. Also, he does get his fare of bashing, but Maa always escapes unscathed. In some of the dialogues that she has said if the role is reversed Anuj will be crucified. But her phankas will say that she needs time to come out of the conditioning. But does she ever want to come out? Will she ever acknowledge that ex-MIL and FIL are not parents? Age shaming, character shaming, gaali, baddua, domestic abuse.. nothing worked.. what else do you think the Shahs have to do so she gets the divine enlightenment? And what about Vanraj? What he has to do to get a promotion from "wo galat hai par ghatiya nahi"?
