FF on Maaya and Anuj?

A nice scenario I had in mind for an OS but didn't find time to write fully. Feel free to use 👍🏼

Title, Kiski Beti (Whose daughter)

• Maaya exposes all cases of MAA's negligence and the verbal abuse CA suffered when she went to SH with CA. Hence court doubts MaAn being eligible for adoption.
• Anuj goes into a paranoid frenzy and starts threatening everyone. The judge doesn't like it and this acts against MaAn's case in court.
• MAA tries to control him but he has no control and holds her hand to violently push her away, but stops suddenly realizing he had gone too far.
• While Anuj has had hold of MAA's hand, both exchange an unflinching glare of shock towards each other, realizing they have lost something unrecoverable in their relationship.
• Court let's Maaya keep CA temporarily and restricts MaAn even from visitation until a final verdict is reached.
• Anuj goes back to giving silent treatment to MAA.
• While MAA gives her "Kyu Kyu Kyu" rant in front of Kanhaji, Anuj goes behind her back and calls Maaya with a request while standing at the gate of her apartment complex.
• Maaya pities his tears and let's him in and CA and Anuj spend quality time together while Maaya watches from a distance feeling remorse that CA will always miss this paternal love.
• While playing, Anuj sees MAA's call and doesn't answer. After 2-3 attempts from her, he answers but lies about his whereabouts that he is out and will be back soon.
• After CA is asleep, Anuj realizes its time to return and turns towards the door with a heavy heart.
• He looks back to catch a last glimpse of CA and spots Maaya about to pick her up from the living room and tuck her to bed.
• When she comes back Anuj thanks her. Maaya thanks him too for being such an amazing father.
• Both come to an agreement that whatever court decides, they will let the other person keep meeting CA.

Meanwhile MAA's fan army files new petition on Change.org requesting makers for a third lead for her because Anuj is a cheating lout and doesn't deserve her.

Anuj,oblivious to the 15 day challenge, and on "keeping Anupama in loop", approaches his lawyers who advise him to file a custody case. Anupama thinks of this as a back-up plan but still keeps Anuj in the dark.

Maaya is summoned by court with a hearing in 5 days, Maaya is surprised and creates a ruckus when the truth about the challenge omes out leaving them dumbfounded.

The judges get to know of this and pronounce:

1. Both the ladies unfit to raise a child by themselves. Reprimands them.

2. Orders probe into the claims of the Foster centre. Child to be left strictly in Kapadia Mansion under fostering until Maaya's claims are verified with a strong point of nowhere near Shahs. This will be monitored thorough verification with regular reviews.

3. Due to her interactions with Barkha, Choti Anu and Barkha forge a beautiful bond.

4. This is observed by court. Maaya and Anuj get temporary joint "custody" owing to Anuj being a reliable name in the business community and Maaya, being the biological mother and the child being < 9 years, cannot be consulted to be reviewed when she turns 10 years.

After 1.5 years,

1. Barkha is divorced with a good alimony.

2. Courts summons a review.

3. Choti Anu opts for Barkha. Maaya and Anuj win visitation rights.
