Anuj is back to melting for Anupamaa and instead of being tough, has asked her to let the Shahs go in a phased manner. We all know how this is going to pan out.

If this were a sensible show, I would have wanted Sweetudi to go back to Maharaj and he would be very quick to file a case that Adhik married Pakhi to use her and now is abandoning her. But the big reveal would be that they haven't even consummated their marriage so Adhik will get an annulment (and freedom) instead and won't have to pay alimony. He could also file for monetary compensation for mental cruelty in marriage.

But I doubt that this show will be brave enough to do that because, Only MAA is capable of asking for a divorce since no other woman is capable of survival without a husband, however awful.

VanYa and KinTosh divorces were cancelled after festival celebrations changing the minds of the women and NimPle divorce is not getting any limelight and is more of an implied thing. Even in NimPle's case it was Nimrat who wanted the divorce and Dimple agreed.

Maa ko samajh bhi aaya what Anuj was trying to express, that she need not handle or be responsible for everything all the time. She is human and it is okay to be human, she need not be ashtabhuja Deviji all the time. Yeh phir A grade laane ke peeche pad gayi in Maa and wife course.
