So it can also be safely said that Anuj bears at least 20% of Shah family's monthly expenses. And the money Anupamaa earns through the restaurant is not only hers as the financial investment on that hotel was done solely by Anuj. AnupaMaa may have creative ideas, but so does thousands of people, only those people don't have an Anuj Kapadia to finance their ideas. AnupaMaa and her family is standing on two feet because of only and only Anuj. If any other girl was blessed with such a husband, she would not have left a single stone unturned to pamper that man. But she continues to put Anuj's life in danger. Shah family is dangerous. Their son is capable of kidnapping his own daughter. Mr. Shah has twice taken Anuj on top of the hill for a heated discussion.

Also, shah family has tried to snatch Anuj's property/business.

So shah family is dangerous for his life/money/family/social standing.

Loan is always given against property/secure job salary/savings. Any company/bank even checks your credit score to confirm you have been paying off your debts regularly and earning a decent amount on a regular basis. In case of Samar or his whole family, both things are not happening.

How did Samar get the loan? He does not have a house/bank balance to provide a paperwork that if he is not able to pay up the loan money, then Kapadia company can take the house in return.

So many people get rejected for loan when they do not have enough property to provide security. Here Samar's whole family is jobless (Kavya got a job 1 month back but have never been shown going to work)

Their house/dance academy/cafe properties are already a charity by Anuj.

What is Samar's eligibility to secure that 10 lakh loan? It's a joke. And they never showed that he is paying off monthly against the loan. Samar just mentioned that he will return the money to Anuj.

So yes, Samar is also a freeloader.

BTW, what is the loan for? He's seen doing nothing useful either.

Actually Anupama and the Shahs are a luck lot.

1. A space for dance academy/cafe with no rentals.

2. A "loan" of 40 Lakhs with NO collateral, no paperwork or no fear of a Recovery Agent in the event of a missed EMI.

3. An additional "loan" towards the Dance Academy. Clearly, the Dance Academy is not yielding profits.

4. Sponsored Global shows and marketing with no expenses or investment.

Now imagine a woman who walks off a 25 year old marriage with No alimony, No savings, No source of income. Let's think that there is an inheritance in the form of a workshop re-modelled to a Dance Academy/Cafe.

Which Business takes off such that it breaks even let alone earns profits to support an EMI, later a rent of the house Anupama stayed, her medical expenses, daily expenses and expenses of travel and accommodation of outstation and overseas shows?

Which new business gets sponsorship for so many shows with no publicity?

What does ALL of this define?

#3 & 4 in the list makes me go ROFL🤣 it's such a scam. As if this wasn't enough, madam is seen lecturing the course instructor about honesty in business?!🤣
