Wondering how many such spouses will now be inspired to kidnap babies to prove their love as parents. Just to remind people, estranged spouses kidnapping kids is a genuinely big crime which really happens and often ends up with kids being found dead.

At least show one man getting genuine comeuppance and repenting. Show kinjal completely shunning toshu and him regretting and understanding what he lost. Show there can be no forgiveness for cheating at least ONCE.

Abuse vicitms should be believed. Spousal abuse is a big deal which goes un noticed. Abuse can be mental and physical. Men should also stand up for woman when they face abuse

The above was spoken by Vanraj, the biggest abuser in the show. The show chose him to talk about abuse. Also Anupama said her abuse was nothing compared to Malvika, implying mental abuse and infidelity is not a big thing. She has also forgiven and reconciled with her abuser

Walk the talk. Call out all abusers. Address mental abuse. Don't whitewash past abusers. Let anupama have limits and lines

No amount of lectures convinces audiences, thats not how human beings work. This is not a talk show. If you want to give societal messages, then show characters doing them. Anupama resonated with people because they SHOWED main character fighting and standing up for themselves
Now writers want to eat their cakes and have it too. They want to whitewash villains and make them sympathetic, drag stories around infidelity, make sexist jokes, add drama about child abuse but also want to pretend to be a progressive show through long lectures
