Actually she is combo, she loves suffering but on other hand she tortures others as well. Be it her hypocrisy, her never-ending bhasan, her God complex- list goes on. Her biggest victim are audience and then characters on the show😵

She is so quick to defend Vanraj when her children misbehave with him but will conveniently ignore how Kinjal constantly misbehaves with Rakhi.

Rakhi has done the exact things for Kinjal as Vanraj has done for his kids, which is "provide" but Vanraj is bechara mard and Rakhi is Naagin. She doesn't even get acknowledged by her own daughter and has to fend off a pity inclusion by Anupamaa.

But this won't be pointed out because Kinjal Madam hero-worships the lead of the serial who can never be wrong and she is yelling a woman who is the vamp because she dares to question the Shah family. Unfortunately, even if Toshu turns out to be a jerk, we won't get a scene showing Kinjal admitting that Rakhi was right all along. Here also, Anu Devi will fix everything with bhashan and become a heroine.
