MAAN OS PART 1 & 2

Hello everyone, this is Rupali.

Been a silent reader here in the forum since last few months, must say this, you guys rock. Last whole week was blockbuster episodes but yesterday's episode, though fun, made me write an OS.

Hope you give it a try. Not that i am as good as many talented writers here. But just a small effort to comfort this silly fangirl heart as to what might have happened after yesterday's kaand. 😳

Part 1

Anuj seemed to have passed out and the vanar sena gave looks to Anu and started going to their rooms.

Vanraj! This is what you wanted! Right?

Everyone turned to hear Anuj's clear and stern voice as they were just going to their rooms. Shocked to see how he was talking without being intoxicated by the bhang.

Yahi chaahte the na tum? Sabke saamne meri Anu ki jaghasaai ho! Ab khush?

Vanraj holding his ground, asked what do you mean?

When I sipped the drink, I realised this wasn't a mere cold drink and then saw you smirking at us. So just went along with your plan.

Anu quipped in, Anuj, aap thik hain? Matlab aapko nasha nahi hua? Toh phir yeh sab bahar kya kar rahe the aap?

I am sorry Anu, yeh Vanraj harkate hi aisi karta hain ke mujhe ghussa aa gaya tha.

Anu just kept asking, Anuj aap thik ho and kept thanking Kanhaji silently for keeping him safe from the fall.

Vanraj ne meri drink mein bhang mila di thi, yeh toh achha hua ke main samajh gaya uski chaal.

Vanraj still not apologetic, grow up Anuj Kapadia, it was just a prank, woh kya kaha tha tumne? Bura na mano #maan hain!

Bapuji turned to Vanraj, tujhe chahiye kya Vanraj? Anu ab teri patni nahi hain,

Leela, woh teri bahu nahi hain, jo tu isspar itna adhikaar jata rahi hain, Anuj aur Anu ka rishta toh Kanhaji ne khud banaya hain,

Yeh bachchi yaha Kinjal ke liye aayi thi par tum dono usey phir pehle wali Anupama bana dena chahte ho!

Kisiki achhai ka itna faayda bhi matt uthaao ki logon ka achhai se vishwas uth jaaye!

He in turn asks for forgiveness from Anuj and Anu because of his egoistic son and wife.

Anuj says aap mafi matt mangiye bapuji, I am sorry aapko yeh sab aise pata chala, main aapse Anu ka haath yaha ghar mein izzat se maangne wala tha, lekin Vanraj ke rang aap sabke saamne lana chahta tha. Isliye yeh sab drama kiya.

Baa reiterated humari izzat yu bhare bazar sabke saamne utaar di aur ab kya sorry sorry bol raha hain Anuj?

Rakhi Dave is enjoying all this surprising turn of events and chips in too, aisa entertainment toh sirf yahi mil sakta hain.

Vanraj team argues it was just a prank and Anuj did wrong by doing tamasha in front of the neighbourhood and Anu team argues Vanraj shouldn't have done so.

Anu who was silent in all this, finally said, Aisi ochhi harkat sirf aap hi kar sakte hain Mr. Shah! Agar Anuj ko chott lagg jati toh? Agar Kinjal ka khayal na hota toh main abhi chali jaati yaha se.

Par kya karu.. Maa hu na, apni bachchi ko aise kaise akela chhod du!

Vanraj - ab tumse aur tumhare boyfriend se gyan lena padega mujhe? Itna tamasha karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hain. Pehle hi bahot dekh liya!!

Sahi Kaha Papa aapne! Kinjal said. Ghar ka mahaul kuch zyada hi kharab ho raha hain. Main blame nahi kar rahi kisiko, lekin mujhe kuch din break chahiye. Mumma main kuch din aapke saath rehna chahti hu.

Rakhi quips, finally good sense prevailed. Chalo i will help you pack and let you have a good rest from this low class tamasha.

Kinjal ignores Rakhi and asks Anu, mumma main aapse puchh rahi hu, kya kuch din main aapke ghar reh sakti hu?

Everyone was shocked and ready to pounce on her but Kinjal quickly adds, koi complain nahi kar rahi hu bas thoda break chahiye mujhe, thode dino mein wapas aa jaungi, please aap sab samjhiye.

Anu breaks off her reverie and worry for Anuj as soon as Kinjal asks her. She says chal, kuch din hum Maa beti break lete hain iss sab se and looks at V company with disgust.

Much to the chagrin of the Shahs, apart from Bapuji, Samar, Mamaji and Dolly off course, Anu, Anuj and Kinjal had returned to Anu's house.

Anuj tries to make small talk but Anu ignored him completely and focused on making Kinjal comfortable. Anuj took the cue and silently helped her in making Kinjal's stay as comfortable as possible.

Finally they were home, albeit he was never happy to have caused the drama at the Shahs. He didn't want to add to the drama but Vanraj has provoked him indirectly..and he was only human.

He was lost in his thoughts while Anu prepared dinner for them all. Kinjal called him out to join them to eat.

Dinner was done in silence.

Anuj tried to talk with her again.

Anu in turn said to Kinjal, inse kaho mujhse baat hi na kare, maine abhi inhe maaf nahi kiya hain and she went to the kitchen to clean up.

Both Anuj and Kinjal were shocked wih Anu's little outburst. Both signalled each other to stay quiet for a while until she calms down. Kinjal says mumma main aram karne jaa rahi hu. Anuj went in with her to make sure she was at ease.

Everything settled and Kinjal said to Anuj, jaiyye, mumma ko manaiyye.

Anuj says mujhe samajh nahi aa raha woh itna ghussa kyu hain mujhse.

Kinjal - yeh aap unse hi puchh lijiye, meri mumma ka ghussa zyada der nahi tikta and winked at him. Asked him to shut the door. She put on some songs on her mobile to give #Maan a much needed privacy. She had already caused enough stress for Anu in Shah house. Didn't want any stress between Maan now.

Welcome Rupali, I already like your character picture.

Coming to the story, what a twist😲. This makes sense with anuj's character in the past few days.

Kinjal living with Anu would be good break for both.

It will be fun to read about make-up between our couple.

Loved the hindi dialogues, plus Babuji dialogue about peoples goodness.👏

You've very well justified Anuj's act as well. The best we could do with the spilt milk kind of scenario. Great👍

Loved the start! Now on to the mature couples make up of their first fight! Do I need to mention how excited I am!

Bold : believe me.. i ahve been hoping against hope the makers made something like this justify Anuj's act.

Its another thing that GK carried the scene well, it was sheer pleasure seeing him let his guard down, but it was so against his character i felt. Nonetheless, loved his outburst.. Vanar sena toh sudhrenge nahi, but good he took their class .

Hoping the next part does justice to MaAn characters. And a little fantasy doesn't hurt much.. does it ☺️

Song tunes from Kinjal's phone could be heard faintly across the other room.

Anuj found Anu standing by the window, she had sensed his coming.

He embraced her ever so lightly from behind, resting his arms around her shoulders.

Tears from her eyes had trickled down on his arm. God knows she was scared to death watching him fall down the water tanker.

If anything hurt him in the world, it was Anu's hurt, pain, tears. He whispered a sorry softly in her ears. She seemed to relax a bit against him.

"Thak gayi hu Anuj, ab aur nahi hota mujhse. Har baar, har baat pe safai dena. Aur woh bhi kisey? Apne hi parivaar ko."

Anuj tightened his grip around her reassuring - "jab tak hum dono saath hain na Anu, koi kuch bhi kahe, mujhe koi fark nahi padta.

Tum meri taqat ho, agar tum aise nirash ho jaogi toh main toh toot hi jaunga, kyuke yeh aansu meri wajah se aaye hain tumhari aankho mein."

Anu remembered she was 'supposed to be angry on him' and he was hugging her like its all hunky dory.

She turned around him and called out his name. He was lost in her eyes.

And just then punched him lightly on his shoulder.

"Hero banna hain na aapko? Tanki se kyu, aur kahi upar se chalaang mariye "

Anuj was flabbergasted with her punch and her outburst. And somewhere he got happy too. It was her love for him that had made her angry for his behavior. He liked this haque.

She pushed him lightly again.. "thik hain aapko Mr Shah ko sabak seekhana tha, kya hua? Seekh gaye woh? Aise kaun nautanki karta hain? Aise sabke saamne chillana, nachna gana, girna!"

Anuj thought she was angry because he had declared their marriage plans in front of all. "Mujhe aise sabke saamne nahi kehna tha apni shaadi ki baat i know"

Anu slaps her forehead. "Aapko lagta hain main issliye ghussa hu?"

When he says yes, she gets more angry and pulls his collar and brings his face closer to hers.

"Jab aap uss tanki se gire na Mr Anuj Kapadia, aise laga jaise meri jaan nikal gayi usi waqt. Agar aapko kuch ho jata toh... toh main.." she started sobbing saying this.

He hugged her again, ever so gently, letting her cry and hoped the tears wash away all her pain.

While they were lost in each other's embrace, a song engulfed them.

Kuch na kaho, kuch bhi na kaho...

Anu relaxed in his arms. Looking up "ab aap akele nahi hain Anuj."

Her hands resting on his chest, she said, "iss dil aur aapki zindagi par mera haque hain Anuj. Aur main aapko kho nahi sakti. Woh bhi Mr Shah ki wajah se"

He tightened his grip around her and apologised again.

Anu with a mischievous glint, says aise nahi, sazaa toh apko bhugatni padegi.

Anuj plays along "jo hukum meri aka"

"Yeh jo gaane baj rahe hain, yeh jab tak bandh nahi hote aapko mere saath dance karna hoga"

"Haaye, itni khudsurat sazaa toh main agle 26 janam tak bhugatne ko tayyar hu" he said with a wink, reminding her of his promise earlier in his 'intoxicated state'.

She acted being angry again but seeing him offering his hand, shyly placed her hand in his. They started swaying to the tunes in the moon lit room.

Gawah hain, chand taare gawah hain,

Tere mere milan ke, apne deewane-pan ke, nazaare gawah hain..
