Anuj is completely wrong to give vanraj Shah a chance why?

Vanraj is a narcissist Machiavellian sociopath person. No amount of chances will change him as a human. Its his basic nature like birth nature. Human never change their birth nature they may hide from world to get benefits but not change. Same for Baa, Toshu, Kavya etc
