Anuj is expendable, in fact a roadblock to the story now

Anuj has been written to be such a wonderfully positive and wholesome character who literally worships our leading lady (for a reason I'm yet to understand 🤪) But those same traits no longer go with the hyper negativity that this show falling deeper into.

He was supposed to be a vehicle to the next phase when Anu's story was moving forward. But CVs have grossly failed to do that. So now that Anu has hit the reverse gear.. What is left for Anuj to do? He had already been demoted to a weak background character due to the Malvika-Vanraj-Anu drama.

Now a non-issue about Kinjal's pregnancy (that could easilyyyyy be solved with 1 in-house maternity nurse + 1 full-time domestic help 🤡) has reduced Anuj to a loner lunatic.. While his 'girlfriend' has a merry time with the man who preyed on his sister & ousted him from his own company..

With Anu moving back.. Anuj's fate hangs by a thread, ie. audience's love for him 🐷

I keep wondering how the story can be salvaged, how can the charm for the char we were introduced to and fell in love with be restored. Nothing comes to mind! 😳

Now that the audience is in love with AK's char,I feel that the writers also dont know how to move the story forward, except show him as lover boy.

When anuj first entered, anupama was in dosti wala phase with vanraj. Bas was still sarvopari then.

Anu and Anuj became friends. Vanraj became moronraj for the nth time and baa reared her ugly vampish side. Anu took stand, walked out of the house. And we thought, ki there will be some distance from baa in anu's heart.

There was none unfortunately. Unrealistic.

We can forgive. We can forget. But we never let it go. This is the case for vanraj only. Despite being an unwanted a**hole, he shows some realism (bordering on lunacy, yes! But still!). Anu is another case altogether. Ye bandi ko kisi ki baat chubhti hi nhi hai. She never goes like, ki haan mere sath baa ne aisa Kia tha aur main iss cheez ko kabhi nhi bhoolungi! Bacche apne maa baap ko itna nhi poojte, jitna ye baa ko maanti hai. She is a big time delu(sional)!

Fir vanraj redeemed himself by "letting Anu free" (laughing!)

And Inka cordial relation came back. Ghar chodne ke alawa, I don't think anupama has moved forward a step.

Anu fell in love. Mukku came. And vanraj who was supporting Anu anuj once again became insecure, jealous and hungry for someone's else property at that!

Cordial nonsense over Hui, back to the lecture and face-off bs.

No one improved an inch. Anupama never learned her lesson. All anuj ever did was talk. Vanraj is treated like a ml but his character is so stagnant! He never learns. Never introspects! Toshu apologises every second day, returning to his basics on the third. Leela is in an unrealistic relationship with her son jahan they never disagree! Like seriously! Aisa hota hai kya!

Anu gets into vanraj's face, with big words but is laughing with him the very next day. Kya lota hai yaar. I am pained to say that Anu lacks self respect still. If I was in her place, I would be strained and rigid as hell, sitting with my ex who I loved and who trampled on my heart. Par Anu toh insaan hai hi nhi.

Maan was Maan when there was progress. Story is stagnant af now. Anu blushing at anuj's antics makes me cringe these days ( since her heart is always brimming with Shah's). Anuj is anuj no more. It's just GK carrying the weight of a dead character with his face and facial expressions.

What needs to happen now is for them to get married. Once they are married, Shah's won't have any right or hold over Anu. That's a fact. Right now they call him her "boyfriend"!! After her marriage it will be different

The way shahs behave after marraige also they will order anupama around and humiliate anuj
