Vanraj was terrible husband, Now regarding being Son, his love for parents we have seen till now is with deep respect and love.. He values them and cherishes their presence in his life, I expected vanraj to be angry on Baa, but truth be told never expected he would be ousting her by what she did to Baapuji.. Honestly that was a surprise for me.

Now coming to my title, I think he must had seen from childhood, how his mother used to kind of dominate on his father and how his grandmother too was dominating, so I feel that kind of left impact on him, and by fearing that his wife would behave the same with him, he started dominating Anupama from the beginning itself, so he doesn't have to live like his Baapuji and even Mamaji to some extent. Somewhere I do feel Vanraj's behaviour is due to his childhood and growing up years. He must had sacrificed a lot during that time for his parents and sister, and then it kind of left him feared, so he was too dominating towards Anupama.

This is what I'm analysing after watching Anupama till now, he is typical man basically,who is now filled with his fake stubborn behaviour and mightier than big Ego
