Hypocrisy of Anupama

If Toshu keeps quiet when Rakhi insults his Parents then it’s considered as a “SIN” but if Kinjal keeps quiet when her mother gets insulted then she is a

“Sanskari Bahu” ..

If Toshu supports Rakhi and stands against his family then it’s a henious crime but if Kinjal supports Shah Family and stands against her mother then it’s applauded.. why?

Toshu MUST NOT respect his MIL more than his family where as Kinjal MUST respect her MIL’s family more than her family, kyun??

If it is about Good or Bad and not about Mayka or Sasural then why nobody is correcting Baa?

When Baa insults Anupama’s mother, brother, Rakhi, Devika etc then it’s ok.. it’s nothing wrong but koi Baa ko kuch bhi kahe, it’s a sin.. why? When Paritosh called out Baa on this point, everybody created a drama as if Toshu did a henious sin pointing at her..

If Toshu wants to live separately, then Anupama’s Heart aches in pain.. But she can dare to tell another mother not to meet her daughter.. waah!

Did they invited Anupama’s Mom for Toshu’s wedding or for Pakhi’s Birthday Parties?

We tend to share our joy and pain with only some people. It maybe friends, it maybe family.

In an arranged marriage many times women don't share their problems with family so as not to cause them pain and guilt. It does not mean she does not care for them. Even in the Maha episode Samar does not share all details of the Rohan matter because he doesn't want his mom to be in greater stress.

When I want to share my travails I do so with my brother or husbands sister. The same with my brother his wife or my husbands sister. Issues are discussed with me. It doesn't mean I care less for the others. Our go to person is always someone emotionally stable.

Baar and Leela with their swinging reactions and judgemental attitude can never be an emotional anchor. Babuji, sanjay samar a mn d Kinjal have been Anupamas support system. It is only after her mom hears from others does she confront the Shahs.

Leelas brother has lived with the Shahs and is treated by the family with love and respect but when Leela objects to even serving tea to Bhavesh we understand the rights she has in the Shah house.

Bapuji should have taken a stance. He hasn't. Kitchen politics can be very depressing. I guess Anupama decided to cope with it in her own way knowing the difficulty her widowed mother faced.

I agree with this to an extent.

There is a lot of hypocrisy and is clearly visible a lot of times in the show.

Nobody ever tries to correct Baa when she is wrong.

Respect karna is a different thing. We should point out the wrong things of our elders too with respect.

But no one in the show ever does that and tell Baa that she is so wrong.

What Baa does a lot of times is more worse and cruel than what Rakhi and Kavya do.

But nobody will point that out in the show.

What Anupama said today that Kinjal can't meet Rakhi ever was so wrong. Who in the world is she to stop Kinjal from meeting her mother!!

That is clear hypocrisy!!!

And I agree that Anupama does not go to her Mother's house after divorce and even visit her very less.

He mother is very old too. She needs to be taken caee of too. Baa has a big family members to take care of her and even the maid to cook food.

But Anupama’s mother and her family is not so well off. They are just a small family where Bhavesh goes to work, his son is a small kid. Why didn't Anupama thought about her mother who needed to be taken care of!!

Anupama is shown as a superwoman and always right but she does a lot of things which are so wrong at times and is not pointed out.
