When it comes to workplace harassment especially sexual harassment women are at a disadvantage, because even if they report the issue or take any sort of action against the perpetrator, once the matter becomes public other employers will be vary of hiring the lady, the perpetrator will get destroyed no doubt but so will the victim because there will always be a doubt in the mind of the employers who are mostly male that the case she filed could either be fake, or if they are perverts themselves then they would definitely give her resume a pass. That's how the world works.

The point I banged my head was when Vanraj spoke that in case of sexual harassment you can contact the committee of office...Then why during Kinjal's case he remained silent and didn't give his opinion, he could have advised Kinjal? Man 😲

It is not necessary that we should get along with everyone on our workplace. Its really ok if they comfortable within a small group of friends.

Nah nah . I am not concerned or pointing out at anyone. Even I don't know anything about them beside their show's character. I just added a funny comment ( tried to make you all laugh 😂)
