I have read some where ki samar dholakia ko hockey se peetne jaa raha hai

There are plenty of women who face harassment at work and stay silent afraid to lose their jobs. But Kinjal isn't financially unstable in the literal sense.

Her mother has connections in the corporate world and there should be no issues in taking her reference to frame Dholakia in a harassment charge. If she resorts to quitting the job, or staying silent (what Kavya will advise) or let Samar attack Dholakia, she will mess everything.

The situation of "He said, she said" is very tricky. Only bhashans are not enough these days for a woman to prove she was harassed as there have been plenty of cases of false allegations as well.

Kinjal should make attempts to project she is not doing this for blackmailing Dholakia for money and that she is financially secure enough to not need such gimmicks, if she is placing this allegation, there is truth to it.

But then, I don't trust regressive CVs of Anupamaa to show it in a mature light, they will end up projecting the entire corporate world to be bad and an equally regressive audience will get inspired to not let their daughters do corporate jobs.

Well Paristosh is not Ram and Kinjal is not Sita. Ram Sita understood each other and stayed by each other side until circumstances forced them to stay apart. Ram asked Sita to stay in the Palace because he did not want her to live uncomfortably in exile, here for Paritosh his house and family itself is an uncomfortable place to be in so why will he ask Kinjal to stay behind?? On top of that everyone was telling her to go with him and not leave him alone, she didn't listen. Her relationship with Paritosh is above her relationship with the rest of the Shah family, if she cant respect or accept that, then she will have no one else to blame other than herself if the marriage falls apart later.

I laughed at your answer because Anupama ko Mahan dikhana hai. You are absolutely right. Family worries when such issues happen, but there is a procedure to clear such matters. Anupama in the office in just not welcomed by me. I know Anupama should worry. But mujhe zara sa bhi nahi lagta yeh log kuchh realistic dikhayenge

I shouldn't laugh on this sensitive matter, but as you said yahan par Anupama ko zyada dikhayenge. Isiliye hasi aa gai.

They just target peeps who look silent or vulnerable ..I am not so great looking yet I have felt instances ..most have been peers and one case a junior who felt women belonged at home

My first I was uncomfortable and taught I may be overthinking his friendly nature but when I spoke to bro he told me u r uncomfortable unmust be vocal and set u r boundaries. He did say I am a prude 😝🧐🥴 but since he belonged to another team I was quite blunt.

Usually I tend to tell people openly when they make me uncomfortable taht I like one foot distance and too much physical promixity makes me anxious. I don't like hugs and anything beyond shaking hands at work place

Sometimes it's not just gestures but double talk and dirty language just to make women uncomfortable. I try to walk away most times.

When I have to go to work related parties I never drink any open soft drink. I make them open a can or say I can stick to water.

Anything which makes anyone uncomfortable be it looks, talks, fun or even a help. It's harassment.

I loved how you wrote this post so sensible and relatable. This happens in real also.

I am an artist, so I have to face it less as I am a Clasical singer. Facing it less, because I work in an area where females are more. And there are only males. But they are spiritual. But it office place the situation can be really awful.

No no I am saying why they are showing Kinjal suffering? For now Toshu's suffering should be shown. Kinjal is a nice girl. So can't see her suffering, that's why I wrote the comment

As expected from the PRECAP too. Few things have certain procedure to follow. Anupama filing complain in the office is fine and absolutely doing, but chal padi 5 panne ka bhashan lekar is absolutely not doing. Bas bhashan se kya hoga.? That Dholakia should get fired from his job, proper committee and procedures hoti hai through HR in any ragging or molestation case. Yeh inko dikhana chahiye.

Anupama ko mahan dikhana ke liye they could do anything. Without interest bhi loan chukane ke liye ready hogaya na loan lender then I won't be surprised 😌😶
