If I remember it correctly she has ownership of only 1/3rd of house and the factory was never hers to begin with? By which right is she ousting them from the house and factory.

He already signed 1/3 of the house in Vanraj’s name, Vanraj doesn't have rights he is the rightful owner of that 1/3 part of the house, there was no upper hand mentioned, he said the house was divided equally between all three that is dolly, Vanraj and Anupama. So Anupama can't really ask them to leave. But yeah, Kavya is definitely going to use Anupama’s reaction against her to her own advantage, saying and proving she was right that getting a part in the property has emboldened her and made her arrogant.
