Is Vanraj going to do the household chores???

Vanraj doesn't want the maid in the house, is not ready to contribute to the household chores but wants the women around him to serve him like as if he is the king. Kavya is unable to multi task, and seriously, this has nothing to do with what a person eats, I eat a lot of stuff that would be considered unhealthy as per Kavya's standards including Desi Ghee but I still freaking get tired once I return back home from work to a point I just want to relax and watch TV. Sorry I am not like Kinjal who can do both either singlehandedly and yes I need help when it comes to work at home.

Men like Vanraj don't do any work and expect their wives to do everything, how is that fair to a working woman??? And that comparison he made to Anupama, frankly I feel she herself is a very unrealistic character when it comes to multitasking. Let's say there are women who do everything, doesn't that affect their performance at the office??? Isn't this the number one reason why employers think twice before hiring women because they know women are more devoted to their household over their careers and use that as an excuse to avoid promoting them or even hiring them. Families like the Shah household especially with people like Baa and Vanraj in it are a big reason why the workforce participation rate of women is so low in the formal organised sector which is very demanding unlike the unorganised sector where one can get self employed and do as they wish.

His comparisons between Anupamaa & Kavya are dumb af. He's forgetting that he got Anupamaa fired from her first job by burdening her with household chores. Now he wants to get Kavya fired.

So even Anu cannot multitask that well. No one can. We've already seen that she too gets exhausted. It's just that Anu doesn't say it & Kavya does. Anu has gotten used to suffering in silence & Vanraj is used to that.

Baa is another culprit. She can do 'continuous Garba on 5 songs' but won't get off her a$$ to make tea. Has she ever served her daughter Anu water when she comes back from work?

Anupama is not her daughter, Baa is just a sly fox. It's her way of manipulating Anupama into slogging away for her sake, Anupama just had a surgery and she is supposed to rest not get engaged in all sorts of tasks especially multi task. Baa is just afraid that her free ki maid will leave her that's why she is buttering Anupama because she is easy to boss around otherwise the lady who use to constantly discriminate against her, do you really think she would defend her the way she is doing now? Baa doesn't care about Anupama, she just wants to get rid of Kavya.

No There's a difference between begging someone and coercing someone. Begging someone is like pleading them coercing is more like forcing someone.

He treated Anupama like that because he never wanted Anupama as his, wife, he never found Anupama attractive in any manner so he never loved her, in fact that was his way of protesting against the marriage for him Anupama was just someone to take care of his family and children, he never considered her his wife. However for Kavya he actually claimed to love her to actually go and have an affair with her and Kavya is not like Anupama who take any shit from her in laws especially Baa.

The Vanraj Kavya fell for was the one that loved her and would have been ready to do anything for her sake and irs not like Vanraj didn't know who or what Kavya was when he openly cheated on Anupama with her. So he shouldn't expect her to turn into a cow that just slogs around all day and at the same time take shit from others. And no she was against this even before marriage, infact she was the one who spoke against first when she first asked Anupama to take up the cooking classes job at school. She never liked it before and doesn't like it now either.

Now writer's are portraying it is daughter in law's duty to cook for N number of people as per their N number of food habits and if someone raises objection then he/she is villain and not good daughter in law with the line "har koi anupama nahi bann sakta". It was shitty to read this line .

Leela and anupama both are same type of moms who doesn't ask their own daughter/son to make roti sabji and only expects from daughter in law to support in fulfilling everyone's food habits.

Not only vanraj, samar and toshu are also useless when it comes to doing cooking stuffs. Both the boy moms leela and anupama has double standard to expect only from daughter in law .

Ofcourse Leela has trained Anupama to become like her so now she is training Kinjal to be Anupama 2, why else does she keep defending a person like leela who openly discriminates against daughters and DILs? She only claims to care for both but those are just claims. Leela has fed Anupama’s subconscious that the MIL is allowed to insult, mistreat her DIL and that should be accepted as the will of God and an MIL as such deserves to be respected.
