Even I agree with most of you that though this talk was needed today was not the day ..maybe in a couple of days .

But why let it reach that stage ..sweety is slightly spoilt. You cannot expect her to be suddenly sweet and accepting

Everything is a journey she should have just consoled her and fed her. Maybe asked toshu to stay with her and talked to her in the morn at the least.

When I used to be upset with societal norms and pressures I used to go for a run with bro . We just used to try and burn our anger in the run.

Next day probably we would talk to the whole sibling hand or each other to sort our thoughts

As Anupama said, saying the right thing at the wrong time negates all that is right about it. The whole family needs to understand their part in Pakhi ending up the way she is. She has been spoilt rotten as the "baby" of the family. She's never raised her voice or been rude before because she hasn't needed to. All her whims and fancies have been pandered to by the entire family.

Children take their cue from adults in the household. And Pakhi took hers from the one she idolised the most. Her father. She is appallingly rude to Anupama, and Anupama lets it pass. She needs to reflect on her own part in Pakhi being what she is today.

Then there's Baa. Who never fails to taunt and belittle Anupama. For a child, this acts like an affirmation for her own behaviour. Baa's constant insults for Kavya again feeds Pakhi's own hatred.

Today Baa is sermonising about there being no "main" in "prem", but when has she ever adhered to that? Her blind putra moh is up there with Dhritarashtra's! And her ego is why the house needs double doors!

i have not watched the episode yet because it will be on at 8pm uk time . but because i am a mother and had brought up my all 4 nearly by my self because my husband passed away very long time ago so i have been itnto these situations a lot but i think it was not right time to give a lecture to Pakhi at this time first her dad ema ,he left the home for his g f, divorce between the parents going on , suddenly she found out reality of kavia ,kavia was the one who was provoking her because of kavia she left from her house and on top of that her dad shouted at her because of the villain kavia and no one is trying to understand her what she wants to say what is going into her head at this time she needed security and someone to listen to her pain and try to understand it . keep your lectures away for awhile and try to be her best friend so she can share her emotions with you but they are showing that even in one night of incident Anupma got the phd in every subject . sorry what ever i felt i said it but one more thing if she is tooo close to her dad any-ama should ask vanraj to talk to her nicely why she is behaving like that hopefully she will listen to her dad .its very crucial age really i use to feel that my bones have been crushed but now i laugh at my self .

4 kids. Wow!!! I have 1 and I still get crazy with that 🤣.

Yes, that is what I thought that Pakhi is spoilt but still for today at least she needed the understanding for her parents and more from her father. She didn't need this lecture.

True at least for today she needed the understanding of her parents. Not just kids as a parent also sometimes when our kids are not understanding and are hurt we should just give a minute to ourselves and calm down before talking to our kids. It gives some breathing space to us and our kids.

Anupama should have just let Pakhi be or if she had to talk then try and just listen and understand what she was saying about Kavya instead of getting her to accept or analyse the situation she was having with Kavya.

Having a good workout or run does help out. It makes you feel so light and relaxed after that. In a much better position to clear out your thoughts.

I liked the way Anupama said to Vanraj about upbringing of Pakhi its not that always mother is responsible. Father is too responsible for the same.

Loved the way Anupama explained to Pakhi everything and even reminded her behavior with herself.

Anyone watched today’s episode in hot star ? Am worried Pakhi is Getting assaulted..it will increase Anupama’s troubles..

Pakhi needed a dose of reality

I don’t think there was anything wrong with the timing at all

Her behaviour was getting worse day by day and she needed a talking to

Anupama handled it well by sticking up for pakhi in front of the family and then speaking to her privately about her bad behaviour

Although Anu failed to reprimand herself for allowing Pakhi to think women’s duty is in the kitchen by being complacent last 25 years so...there’s that

Pakhi may be under stress but so is everyone else

Her behaviour still comes off as selfish rather than hurt / let down. She may be young but her word and actions towards other still hurt. She treated her mom like trash when Anu tried to talk to her previously and Kinjal as well.

I don’t feel sympathy for Pakhi because of the way her track has been executed. She has been shown to be selfish and narcissistic. We never really got any scenes where she shows remorse or retrospection on her actions. The CV failed here I think

Yes R 😄 also Shaurya Anokhi in Hotstar..now am worried what happened to Pakhi..even though I don’t like her at all..she is very mean but she shouldn’t get assaulted..

I will check that out. Re Pakhi, I'll have to wait a few more hours :( I'm sure Anu's Kanhaji will look out for her :)
