Confusion ? What need of this

Why AnuRaj need counsellor ? If iam not wrong marriage counsellor tab hote han jab shaadi mein kuch hope ho yaha kuch hope nahi han as matter toh affair ki hain na

And vanraj is clear culprit and anupama also dont want him then what a need of counsellor then ?

Dont tell me now counsellor have power to tell anuraj need to stay together for 7 months in order to give final decision or think abt giving each other another chance ?

Abhi ke law ka to pata nahi par pehle ye rul tha ke marriage ke 7 saal ke under koe divorce ke liye apply kare to 6 months dete hai patch up ke liye aur wo bhi ladai hue hoto like family drama kind par yaha to cheating saaf hai V iss vakt bhi kavya ke sath hi rehta hai to councilor ki jarurat kaha se ayi?

Yeh counselling ek formality hai chahe hope ya na ho

Jaise hospital mein jub kisi ka operation hota hai to sabse pehle razor se body se hair hataya jaata hai

Agar kisi ke body mein hair nahin bhi hai to bhi body mein razor chalaaya jaata hai before operation

To yeh system ka procedure jo step by step follow karna hota hai

but yaha cheating han formality zarurat bhi nahi thi

If anupama accused him of cheating than this would have not lead to Conselling she just wants to get divorce normal without Alimony so I wonder what she is going to say

more than anupama iam more excited to see what will vanraj say

Anu filed a mutual divorce and Vanraj filed claiming Anu is mentally unstable. So there so no strong base here.

If Anu would have mentioned EMA from the start, then there was no need for counseling. Right now to judge, it would have looked like a normal quarrel leading to divorce.

good point how i forget anu asked for normal separation 🥺 as she asked for normal separation then there is high chance for staying together for 7 months too

As per the rule unless it is abuse u are compelled to go for atleast 5 sessions and wait 6 months in case of mutual consent divorce. Here if at any point vanraj says no I don't want divorce it will be contested and will be a huge issue for anu

Best option is reveal the emo abuse and ema and unwillingness to go for counseling. Then her case becomes syring

Plus if u have a child below 18 the custody of that child comes into question

All my legal knowledge is as per 2011 any changes after that I am unaware
