I said it is demeaning to say a good looking woman can only land a job because of looks or nepotism and I stand by it.

Like literally 2 out of your 3 points were - I haven't seen her study how could she get it, her mother must have gotten it for her and the boss must have hired her because of good looks.

and then how can she get a management job as a fresher - well, she is a management graduate, people do MBA to be managers now, not in future. And it's not current day market or conditions they are considering otherwise where is coronavirus in that land? why is no one waring a mask even in market? I am assuming that it could major possiblility that Rakhi is the one who may have got Kinjal the role. She has the influence and the power and may have recommended her daughter. It is a possiblity and I wonder if she did this just to downplay on Vanraj although I hope this is not the case. The next thing is, this could merely be even though she is young, they based it on her capability to possiblity start from the bottom byp providing her minimal or basic salary first and seeing what she can offer.

There is no way in the hell Kinjal got that position solely because of her talent or that "young blood" BS. If anything I would expect anyone who is part of the company and working under Vanraj or others to get promoted, someone like Kavya or anyone who has some experience under their belt.

Since, Kinjal indeed is replacing Vanraj, High chances are the company might also have picked her because of her connections and know whos.

I think it is Rakhi's doing since she knows how regressive Anupama's family is. There is no way baa can or will digest the fact that Kinjal took her son's job and God forbid if Toshu did not get job, he is going to throw a fit.

He comes across as the type who cannot accept someone besting him, and like Kinjal said he will definitely get job and he studies better than me.. that part is where she shows she keeps his ego stroked..

Toshu will definitely throw a tantrum that Kinjal got her dad's job and would be massively jealous.

Exactly why I think this is Rakhi's doing so she can open Kinjal's eyes that Toshu isn't a good partner for her.

Yup it would make sense if Rakhi pulled some strings. They need to keep her in the show now as the main vamp so why not?

Kinjal getting Van's job (I mean she could have gotten ANY other job) is definitely signalling big drama ahead.

Toshu was offered the position of MD, and Kinjal made him turn it down. So what happens if Rakhi really did pull strings to get Kinjal the job? That will create a lot of drama as well.

In a nutshell, Kinjal specifically getting Van's job means CV have something up their sleeves. So many tracks come to mind but the two I mentioned in my initial post are plausible.

If the track is not focused on Kinjals mom / harassment etc then we may see how one spouse worked for her job, got it fairly while the other one has no problem taking a handout. We may see some kind of competition between Toshu and Kinjal in terms of job ethics/ways of working/whose job/career is most important.

Rakhi offering the job of a clerk to Van, and then Kinjal getting Van's job.....well I dunno but something looks fishy

This would be the perfect opportunity for Rakhi to really cause havoc and drama by insulting Van and then further driving Kavya to a level of insecurity and jealousy we havent seen in the show before

I am waiting to see Kavya and Kinjal interactions ! Kinjal is very outspoken so she wont back down if for instance Kavya indirectly challenges Kinjal at work. Cant wait to see how this plays out!

Yes, cannot agree more. Drama is bound to happen with Vanraj getting his ego hurt or he could even feel sightly insulted(?-Could be wrong here). Rakhi has been lurking to poke around the fam so this is a big one for her. I know Vanraj feels like he can get any opportunity easily but reality isn't always the case, its bitter pill and he will have to face it. I wonder if this was introduced to be sort of an eye opener to vanraj too??? Let's see

Yup, I hope they have some explanation about her hiring. I doubt Rakhi has something to do with this, even if she has connections. The company can't just make anyone a project manager - it could totally ruin the company.

At the same time them hiring a fresh graduate and making her boss of the already experienced people. 😆 Well, I don't know what to say. Normally even entry-level jobs require 1-2 years of experience - that's how cruel the real world is. Management level jobs are out of the question.

Kavya overshadowed is possible. Kinjal is not that gullible so any kind of harassment won't bring out a lot of drama - she will simply beat the sh** of out anyone who tried. So no drama means CVs won't touch it.

What if Rakhi made investments in Kinjal's name in the company Vanraj works or just has some investments in the company!

She sure can pull strings in that way for sure.

I remember reading that in marathi version, it is Nandini's mother who joins the company at a senior level and causes hurdle for Vanraj's job

Seems like that arc is given to Kinjal and probably Rakhi in this version.

I just wanted them to fire Vanraj - based on his affair you know. Now if Rakhi and Kinjal were to get involved, Vanraj will again gain sympathy. God, I hated that accident track.

It will bring out a lot of drama, but Kinjal will get stuck in the mess. I would rather have just Vanraj and Rakhi showdown. That is more fun😆
