It would suck if Kinjal got it based on her mothers recommendations, but its ITV and the writers want drama drama drama...Rakhi Dave delivers there!

Well, to be honest, every company has levels... And some levels are usually attained only through promotions, unless someone from outside has demonstrated excellent skills and experience for that position. Regional Manager or head whatever Vanraj is... Is that position of 25 years or more maybe.

Let's say his company has 10 levels, and 6 levels are within one team - marketing, training, etc. 4 are of leadership.

Regional manager is usually in leadership, or at the max at highest within the team. Without a qualified degree or experience one may start from 1 or 2. But with just degree and academic performance you can at the max start at team lead or manager level not Regional manager for sure. Good performers are fast tracked on growth line but definitely don't start off at that level.

Theories also include that freshbloods are enthusiastics but at the same time do get bored with monotony, if they are hired at high position.. How will they retain them for long without promotion motivation? And secondly, if they are hiring Kinjal above experienced people like Kavya, experienced people leaves the job... Then company can go down the drain with so called young bloods😆 this isn't to criticize young people... Just that really passionate ones will take experience of a couple of years and then move on to become entrepreneurs themselves.. Directly a boss of the company..skipping all other levels.. But that's just for true gems.

I know these things because I have been developing courses on topics related to HR and people analytics.

I wonder if those who keep saying that MBA grads can get a job that requires 25 years of experience, are in HR or a top level management position??

Many CEOs even have their kids start off at lower ranking positions so they can earn not only earn their position and status, but also respect of the company by learning the ins and outs of the job and corporations culture

And yes you nailed it when you said hiring a new MBA grad for a top level position right off the bat means that person will move on quick as they have already achieved what someone for the last 15 years working there could not.

What I have seen is people firing Directors, then re-categorizing the job as a senior manager or manager offering lower pay..thats one or steps down. Even then you need 3-5 years experience alongside a degree.

If Kinjal had been hired to work on the project, its one thing

But to hire her as the PM ....without her knowing anything about the company & corporate culture is weird

After watching the latest epi (Jan 29) there were hints dropped that this might be Rakhi's doing. IF this is true, sucks for her as she really is trying to do the right thing and work for her job but also cause friction between her and Toshu, who she told NOT to get help from Rakhi

So I’m thinking 3 things:

1) Rakhi Dave had a hand in this. She has a coaching center and is well off so is well connected

2) The boss selected Kinjal based on her looks. So we may see sexual harassment type track for added drama. The boss does give off a weird vibe. We may also see him favouring Kinjal over Kavya as she is young & pretty.

3) They really wanted young inexperienced blood but are paying her much less

In no way I am saying Kinjal isn’t a capable woman. She is intelligent (but dumb when it comes to Toshu) so I can definitely see her getting a management level job in the future

but just out of school...it looks suspect

The main reason for this is that this is ITV and there is never any logic for anything. Kinjal would never be offered a post like this real life and just out of Campus selection no way. Had she had some experience I would have believed but not this way. It is just a way for the makers to add more drama. It will be kavya and Vanraj versus Anupama and Kinjal so drama. It will be Vanraj and baa blaming Anu for insulting Vanraj so more drama. It will give them chance to show more of Rakhi Dave when she will suggest Kinjal to continue the job but Baa and Toshu and all will say to resign so more drama. So Kinjal basically got the job so that makers can show some more drama.

Private company mein aisa hota hai ki private company mein kisi cheej ki koi surety nahin hoti that any time rules change ho jaate hain jaise kabhi bhi kisi ko naukri ko nikaal dete hain aur kabhi bhi kisi ko naukri mein rakh li ete hain

Private company mein khuch bhi pakka nahin hai private company safe nahin hai . Har time dar sa laga rehta hai ki kub private company se nikaal diya jaayega

Isliye to private company se jyaada log govt job prefer karte hain . Govt job ki naukri pakki hoti hai

I believe in one of the episodes Kavya had mentioned she is an MBA grad and did her MBA from IIM.

To replace an IIM passout with almost 10 years of experience with a new MBA recruit from a local college with zero experience does not make any sense.

Makes sense if you are grad from HBS or Oxford
