The statement of Anupama that 18 yrs of Maika is Fika on 25 years of after marriage.. this is very insulting statement given to mother who is standing strong for her against the inlaws in which one is only taunting her and one cheated her..

I guess Anu had to emphasise why she claims Shah house to be hers.in that context she makes the statement.

There are instances when a DIL feels a stranger in her married home even after years. Anu had to establish that shah house was hers. She had totally embraced the identity.

I just read the WU, but now I am at a point where I fail to understand Anu's character. I mean who on earth doesn't like their own home where they spend their childhood and teens. In initial episodes, we saw many times - how she was happy recalling those moments. That episode as well, when she breaks down in front of Devika post she caught Vanraj and Kavya. There is so much conflict in the plot.

I don't know, what exactly is happening. But I am starting to think probably her character is a masochist. That seems to be the only logical answer to her delusion of happy Sasural and fika maika.đŸ€Ș

PS: I happy with whoever disagrees. No hate. Peace 😊

That’s because CV are hell bent on making doormat Anu a sanskari bahu ...keep shoving it

down our throats

I don’t know who the CV thinks this show appeals to ? Backward uneducated viewers or what ??

most of us are sick to death of Gopi type bahus. Women don’t have to be walked all over to be good people.

Maybe because she is a mother and that's the biggest relationship for her above everything else imagin if she made an identity on her own without her family she won't be happy. Happiness is what's matters she can take vee betrayal to an extent but not leave her family

True. The dialogue seemed a little rude towards her mother. But they most likely used it to add a drama quotient to the scene and emphasise why she wont leave her sasuraal.

Yes the statement may appear to be quite off. But look at it in this way, it was her mom who had encouraged her to stay quiet just for maintaining her family life in spite of the gaslighting and menta abuses she had met.

So her mom doing a U-turn suddenly n blasting the whole sasural clan may not suit her now until she herself chalks out her future.

I am just thinking that she is more attached to Shah family thats why may be that dialogue came in her mind. Its not like to insult anyone.
