Rakhi is badass but CV want us to hate her and worship doormat Anu
So I don’t care what the CV make Rakhi do ..I’m gonna like her regardless
After Anu essentially told Kinjal to ignore Baa and essentially turning her into Anu 2.0 ...Anu lost a lot of respect from me
Until I don’t see Anu actually doing something other than giving taunts to VanRat and KavAss I won’t be liking her character
what I want to see Anu do:
1) really put Baa in her place2) next time Paakhi supports her dad/his side piece, Anu needs to tell her to piss off to their house
3) there are like 10 family members in that house and yet Anu is the one handing EVERYTHING? Or default is Kinjal for housework ? WHY?! Can’t they do proper division of household duties ??? Her kids are such useless babies! Baa, her husband and Maama ji are old but that doesn’t mean they can’t do simple tasks ! Like maybe serving their own damn food ?!
Rakhi the boss until then
I don't think Anu is a doormat tbh... she did start standing up for herself a lot after finding out about the affair, which was great to watch... and I think ultimately she is a good person who's heart is in the right place, but she definitely does have her flaws....
I feel what she does wrong is babying her kids too much (why does she think it's a travesty for adult men Toshu and Samar to get jobs? Why is it a travesty for 16 year old Pankhi to learn to do a bit of housework? 😕) and letting Baa get away with anything and everything, whether it's in her case or other's... I was also disappointed when Anu didn't say anything to Baa for Kinjal, and much more disappointed yesterday when she refused to give mangalsutra to Kavya because it symbolises "badon ka aashirwad" (and by "badon" we all know she means Baa 🤔, not Bapuji or her own mother who would probably applaud her if the threw it at despo Kavya's face 😆)...
Hard to believe this is the same Anu who went against Baa to fix Toshu's marriage with Kinjal, argued (so respectfully but effectively 👍🏼) with Baa to learn driving, refused to forgive Vee despite Baa's insistence etc. ...
The problem is that makers want to portray Anu as a perfect,100% flawless God-like character who is right about absolutely everything (rather the positive but flawed one she is), and anyone who suggests other wise is mean/evil/ungrateful...
And as for Rakhi's characterisation, it has gone all over the place (in an effort from CVs to make her an out and out villain I guess 🤔) since the big revelation at the resort...
In her first rant on Janmashtami back in August, I clearly remember Rakhi shouting in Shah family's house saying she doesn't like this alliance because of Anu being rustic/uneducated, and not recieving proper respect from Shah family...
Now they are showing that her main problem is the family's financial status
I miss Rakhi in the episodes
I want her back
She may be nasty at times but she is hell of a lot better than bitc& in law Baa

Lol exactly...
Parents who object to alliances they don't like openly are a million times better than those like Baa who let the marriage go ahead without saying anything and then harass their DIL all her life because they apparently didn't like her 🤢
She was the most realistic character of the show. She was a great mother, a terrifying businesswoman and an honest upfront woman at the same...
