thursday...😭 I am really hard pressed to keep up my enthusiasm to even watch this serial once a week! 😡

Update for Friday, Aug 19,2011:

Paati is surprised that the priest says that someone else also did an archana for Anu earlier that day. She prays for Anu's health, and after that, when she and Meenakshi go around the temple, they come across Sivagami sitting on the floor. Meenakshi is sure that she must have been the one to pray for Anu, bui Paati says she must have prayed for Anu to move out, so that her daughter can be the rightful wife. Meenakshi goes to talk to Sivagami, finds out about Anu falling down and having a headache but comes back and tells Paati that she was doing an archana for her daughter whose star is Anusham.

Anu is sitting at the dining table. RR comes in, calls her but she doesn't respond, so he comes closer and puts a hand on her shoulder, which she brushes off and gets up. RR is startled by this, she is furious as she faces him and asks if he is the head of that house or merely a guest, who comes and goes whenever he pleases? (Well said, Anu, except you are too late at saying this; this should have been said at least twenty years back, then the man would have been forced to admit the truth) Kamesh, Santosh, Manju and Nivedha come running out of their rooms, and Kamesh tries to tell Anu that building construction was a difficult job, one had to work day and night (really? I thought all the workers went home at night, so what would RR be doing on the premises at night?) She shouts at RR, saying that she had a dreadful headache (idiot, you slipped and hit your head, tell him the full truth), Santhosh went to get her pills and ended up in the police station all night and it was Karthi and MK who got him out of there, why couldn't he have come home at 9 p.m as he had agreed earlier? One of these days, they are going to be murdred in their sleep, she asks if he will at least come to see their dead bodies , or will he not even come for that? RR is shocked, says he will come home at 9 daily.

Paati and Meenakshi have been listening to this outburst, they leave when it is over after listening to all of it. Anu sees them leaving, comes running to them, and Paati tells her that she thought that Anu would be the anusaranaiyaaga pOravaL (what is wrong with you Paati? I thought you would have supported Anu here). Anu apologizes for talking like that to RR, but Paati doesn't want to stay and leaves.

Sivagami goes home, looking unhappy. VK wants to know what happened, just as she is updating him and Priya, Palli comes there and wants to know what they are saying, but they come up with some other story as usual, which she doesn't believe.

Priya and Manju on the scooter together. Manju wants to know what is bothering Priya, she doesn't say anything. They go to a coffee place to talk, and finally Priya tells Manju about someone called Balaji who is torturing her by calling her all the time. Manju says she will take care of him, and then she sees this guy with his friend right there, so she decides to take care of him right there (Oh no, I hope the story doesn't go on and on with this new character from here). Manju and Priya go up to him, they exchange a few words, and it ends up with Manju slapping the guy left and right.

Update for Tues, 23 Aug 2011:

Balaji is looking around, sees an open door and goes to it. Priya is inside, he goes into the room. She sees him, tells him to mariyaadhaya go away, he grabs her hand, she screams out Ammaa..., and she wakes up. Sivagami is sleeping beside her, asks if she had a bad dream, gets her vibhuti and tells her to sleep calmly. So does Thatha sleep with Karthi?

RR is in the bedroom. Anu gives him milk without talking, he asks if she is angry, she says she is sorry that no one values her. RR consoles her that the children are very brave and bold and independent, and not to worry about them. He tells her that all problems should be solved then and there, not by running away from them, and he says he is speaking from experience (don't we know that?)

Paati is looking for Balu. Meenakshi says he has gone somewhere. Anu comes there, and Paati wants to know how she has come there so early? She has brought food for Paati and sh Paati is thrilled. Meenakshi points out that she is so fond of Anu but does not stay with her. Paati feels Anu has changed, she gets angry these days, and wants to know why she has changed. Anu says she has been worried about Santhosh and Nivedha, and Paati tells her to be patient. Anu says she will be fine once Nivedha also gets married. Meenakshi says she wants to see Shree's wedding, and Anu tells them about Palli and Shree getting reconciled, and says their wedding will also take place soon. Meenakshi is grateful to Anu but Paati says this wedding will not take place soon. Anu thinks Paati is still angry with Palli, but Paati says there are some sikkals. Anu wants to know why Paati is angry with Palli, and why she is angry with RR? She asks Paati to tell her this not as a DIL but as a daughter, but Paati tells her not to talk about the people she doesn't like. Anu leaves, upset. Paati is upset that she is hiding the truth for Anu's sake, but how is she to tell Anu this?

Rukku and Ganesh come to Anu's house. Nivedha and Manju give them breakfast, and while they are eating, Anu returns home. She says she is tired and goes to the next room. She turns on the TV, and there is something about a train accident. She clutches her head in agony.

Wednesday 24th August 2011 Episode - 343

I am tired of this - why does it happen that I do the entire update and it somehow disappears?

Update for Friday, Aug 26, 2011:

Palli waits for RR to come home, makes him go and take a shower and then does drishti suthi with a pooshankikaki. She says she has been upset after her friend came, she doesn't want her hubby to ever go after another woman (woman, you are the other woman in his life).

Anu wakes up, looks for hubby, asks her children and they tell her that he had to go to take care of some problem. She insists that he should come home and tells Santhosh to call him.

RR is sitting down to dinner, when his phone rings. Priya sees it is from Santhosh, tells RR is is from Sundaram, he goes outside and Santhosh tells him to come home. He makes some excuses to Palli and leaves. There Anu is waiting for him, she says she had some bad dreams that he left her and went away with some other woman. Everyone looks guilty.

Next morning, RR prays to God to solve his problems and comes downstairs (the house is a different one now!). Manju and Nivedha have cooked breakfast, he eats and says it is very good. Anu says there is no salt, but he says it is good. He leaves after breakfast and Anu is planning to go to the temple (will Palli drag him to the temple?)
