It's like the parents even don't this secret it seems.. They made the storyline like the doctor who did delivery for Revathy in Delhi is Andal's friend and that the doc herself exchanged the baby as Revathi's child was born dead and Karthik was a abandoned kid by birth.. pazhaya movies la varume... like that... also they knew about this only recently before 6 month it seems when they got to meet the Delhi doctor... ssshabbhaa... 😲

If they were not ready to accept an adopted child with no parents, then they shouldn't have given Karthik to Revathy. Just because they were scared to accept the truth.Compared to all of them, Revathy is more level headed and open minded, I'm pretty sure if they told her the truth she would have been able to deal with it. When someone adopts a child, that child becomes your child, the orphan now has parents thats the point of adoption. If Revathy adopted the child, that is her child, not the child who died. To say that Karthik is an orphan defeats the purpose of giving the child to her.
