After the episode, my 4-year old Arun who is a big "AC Durai" fan, says, "I don't want bad guys. Dad, do you have a gun? Can you shoot bad guy?" Me: Sorry, I don't have a gun. :) Arun: "Is AC Durai ok? Doctor taking care of him?" (Chorus: Awwwwwww)

Ok, I did watch this and a few things irked me. But before all that, I want u all to understand that Roja had nothing to do with Satya Jothi story dept. She just predicted off hand saying that ACD might as well
get shot to bring Priya closer - any resemblance is totally incidental - please do not demean Roja's story writing prowess - Roja puts her hands up - "no , not me, I had nothing to do with this" 😳 😳
If only Roja had a hand in this story... hmmmmm well good things are never appreciated.

Did u all notice that PP does not go with Abi any more? She used to go to the temple with Abi!!! - now it is Sarasu - going out or having a chat... be it any thing!! And the scene of the assault - JC mumbling a "Oh My God" and talking to the press and other officers - getting ACD to the hospital should have been the priority!!!

Vsur, thanks for the update. Eljay, shocked to hear about your little accident but I'm glad you're recovering. Yes, the sense of sight is the greatest gift from God.

Now, back to yesterday's episode. ACD getting shot by Joe's friend (Vsur, you left out that minor detail in your otherwise excellent and thorough update) was almost a given. (Btw, some time in mid-2007, I wrote a story in which ACD gets shot by Priya's friend Priyan and then there is a hospital reunion scene. But I don't want to take any credit for predicting yesterday's shooting; CR's creative heads can have all the credits ;-)

But there are some boo-boos the creative heads seem to have missed. For instance, ACD puts on the right signal of his car and then the car halts at the left side of the road. (Or maybe signals are immaterial on Indian roads and where one stops the car is equally immaterial unlike Singapore, where big brother is always watching with cameras.) There is also another major technical flaw but I don't want to be the one bringing it up here lest I get rapped by you know whom for being petty 😉

Vsur, I thought only the ladies were going to get absorbed in yesterday's ACD shooting episode. I didn't realise the batallion of young kids who see ACD as their icon would get upset. CR, please note.

Anyway I can assure you, if you have driven in India, u can drive anywhere in the world, but not viceversa - adhukellam thani thiramai venum😉
