I have a hunch -- and this is just a hunch, no inside information -- that ACD will be shot this Friday. CR has a habit of ending Friday episodes with an element of drama. Whoever is updating this week, please do the update if there is any such drama. Otherwise, if it's just another mundane episode, I will do the update on Saturday morning.

Dear friends, I am back and excited to be here. In case you were wondering if I had dropped off the earth, I have been having some problems with my right hand and had it in a brace. Then I went walking and tripped and fell headlong on the concrete sidewalk and ... fractured my nose and needed a bunch of stitches (actually 15) on my nose, upper lip etc., whacked my knee pretty badly and got my right hand also scraped and bleeding. Not a pretty sight at all, and to top it, my glasses fell off and broke, so I have been virtually blind for the last one week. Today my nose does not hurt as much, the surgeon decided that I did not need surgery for the nose, and I found a pair of old glasses that are not too bad, so I am using them and ... I discovered that there is nothing as wonderful as being able to see when you have not been able to see much beyond the basics for one week.

Okay, now that I have told you all my sad story, let me assure you that I will be back to update Anandham from next week. First, of course, I have to catch up on what I have missed. I am waiting to see today's update before I give my comments.
