Yes Meli, she is the same Lakshmi from Jodi#1. She's got a smile that will electrify a million 40 watt bulbs. And an attitude and personality that none of the others in Anandham have. She is ready to become that household name.

Thanks for the update, Roja. Jagdu, I beg to differ on Jamuna becoming the darling of Anandham. I liked her initially but since then the character has begun to annoy me. She acts too smart, exceeding her brief. For instance, taking on Abhi and annoying her, interceding with ACD on Charu's behalf, taking needless other risks that was not part of her brief.

Hopefully, she will redeem herself by taking upon herself the task of convincing Priya that there's nothing between herself and ACD. I wonder how today's episode will unfold. Hope it won't be the predictable one of Priya storming out. Perhaps she will approach their table for a showdown but ACD will quickly preempt her and introduce them to one another ("this is the great SKPD's daughter and this is my wife-to-be") and Jamu will politely invite Priya to join them ...

Thanks Roja for the update. Bon, I don't think you need to worry about the outcome of the meeting, but I do think CR is going to prolong the issue as much as he can, in other words, until the very end. Priya is always ready to storm out, so there will be some more ACD romancefying, or at least, trying to romancefy, and Priya sulking scenes, while we are wondering, "Will she, or won't she?"

Priya hides and watches ACD and Jamuna.After Jamuna leaves ACD notices Priya and tries to talk to her but she ignores him and refuses to pick up the phone when he calls later-Heard from my friend in India.
Shanthi asks Arjun to follow Joe and he quickly notices that he is being followed.
Nallan is asked by ACD to give info on Abirami's movements/calls made by her and he does accept that role after some persuasion.

I have been saying this for some time. CR needs to read some good books on spy etiquette and how spies work undercover, he also needs to watch some good police shows to find out how undercover cops are supposed to work. They don't meet openly with the police officers in restaurants, the meeting is done in some park or zoo or other place, where both pretend to be passersby, looking at the same thing. CR, do your homework.

I was only hoping that SI Jammu would pull Priya's leg a bit. All in good fun. I've already been warned that I'd be taking on a lot of ACD-Priya fans. It's a nice side story and will take away attention from that scheming Abhirami. The only guy in the whole show who has her number is kandhu vetti, and I'm itching for him to irritate her. That reaaaly makes my day. Shanti, the do-gooder around who the story is spun around must be busy making big bucks in the movies and appears less and less. What happened to Venkat, Abhirami's brother? And his child. I guess they've totally forgotten him.
