Bon, I was watching Thiruvilayadal the other night and my husband was eating dinner. I didn't know he was watching and was surprised to hear him ask, "Isn't that ACDurai?" when he saw SS, because he normally doesn't watch SunTV, and I had no idea that he was even aware of ACDurai. He must have decided to check out the competition!

By the way, Abi must have rubbed off on ACD. He had the smirk and the scheming gleam in his eye.

I bet the husband wasn't too bothered about "the competition" after seeing the Thiruvilayadal get-up (btw, I saw one episode and gave up. The Thiruvilayadal look is hard to handle after the ACD look but I must compliment him for his versatility ;-)

Saakshi Sivaa (ACD) in Jaya TV's Hari Giri Assembly on Thursday, not Friday.

Folks, apologies, I got the date wrong. The show will be telecast this Thursday (24 Jul) from 7.00 to 7.30 pm.

Net chat with Saakshi Sivaa

Notice below from Roja for the benefit of fans who are unable to meet Sivaa in Singapore this weekend.

Ok folks, here is the deal - Bon is arranging for a chat with
Mr.Shiva on Saturday , 16th of Aug - a skype chat. As of now,
it will start as a text chat and once Mr.Shiva feels comfortable,
we can switch to voice chat.

Those who want to participate, please PM either Bon or me
and we need your skype IDs - Bon will be at the helm of affairs -
inviting people in to the chat - Roja will be around as well.

We just need to tell you all that Mr.Shiva is not responsible for
the sloppiness of the serial - so let us be very gentle to him.
Please do not ask too many personal questions - if he wants
to part with any, he will do so himself.

Please remember that we represent IF and once the chat is
over, he should feel good about IF as a whole. May we request
total co-operation folks?

ACD in Manikoondu

Fans of Saakshi Sivaa can watch him in the Sun TV serial Manikoondu beginning Thursday, 21 August 2008. The telecast time is 12.00-12.30 IST, Mondays to Fridays. SS replaces the actor who plays the character Rishi.

He replaces a balding character known as Rishi. I don't watch the serial but it seems Rishi was recently released from prison and is much feared in the Manikoondu colony.

Saakshi Sivaaa in Manjal Mahimai (Kalaingar TV)

Good news for fans of ACD. He joins the cast of Manjal Mahimai in a negative role, as the first husband of actress Devayanai. The serial airs daily from 7.30 to 8.00 pm. Sivaa's entry begins on Monday, 25 August 2008

Saakshi Sivaa (ACD) in Simran Thirai and S'pore photos

Sivaa will be appearing in a mini-series titled "Azhagana Rakshasiyeh" in the "Simran Thirai" serial, beginning Monday, 8 September 2008, on Jaya TV. The serial will be telecast Mondays to Fridays from 8.30 to 9.00 pm, IST.
