Thanks for the update, Shy! When this serial ends, I hope Mr. V gets the message that it was this SKM saga that started the viewer disinterest and brought about the end. Honestly, don't they ever get the message that we are tired of watching this stuff?

So Abi thinks she is an avatar, does she? She compares herself to Parasurama, conveniently forgetting that unlike the great sage, she was doing evil acts and scheming and hiring people to murder on her behalf, long before her mother or father came on the scene! I can't wait to see her behind bars, keeping her father company.

Thanks for the update, Shy! Now I can happily skip tonight's episode, for I have no desire to see SKPD out of jail, with his daughter also with him. I am going to the library to pick up some books. Any suggestions for a good book to improve my mood?

It really drives me mad that in all the serials the quote all the puranam stories and its equilavance to their so called "struggle" in current stories. Jeez........ oru vevasthe illa pah! 😡

Thanks for the update, Shy. Eljay, have you read Adiga's White Tiger yet? My copy was stolen by my nephew and I've only just got another copy and started reading. It really is a cynical commentary on the sad state of affairs in much of India, in the guise of a novel. It may be even more depressing than Anandham, especialy when it hits at the police and establishment for corruption, etc. But at least, Adiga's style is entertaining unlike Mr Freedom's.

Thanks Shy and i do not envy you - a small consolation -
u have to update only 3 episodes!!!! Pappa and appa are
back to cootchi cooing?? excellent.... the story dept is
working at a feverish??!!! speed ....well, as for digging
all the old murders.... unless the dead wake up from their
ashes and queue in front of the story dept/ directors/ whoever
cares ........... 😉

Thanks very much, Satish, for confirming that the show ends in the first week of March. This was what my source had also said but our IF readers have become sceptical of any information that emanates from anyone associated with the serial. Such is the depth to which their faith and interest in Anandham has sunk. Your confirmation certainly will have brought anandham to our readers. May you have anandham yourself ;-)
