He went to meet her because he did not want to go home, had no company to go for a movie, had a fight with Rano and he wanted to teach Rano a lesson. So kill his time, he goes to anamika's house but she shocks him saying in her typical monotonous tone 'hum aapika hi intezar kar rahe the'

don't know for wat anamika intezar kar rahete, but here viewers intezar karraha hai for the story of anamika 🥱 still cvs didn't figure it out seems for wat anamika intezar kar rahete 😆 🥱

She speaks in monotonous voice becoz she is a chudail and it suits the character she is playing.
