... and for Jaya.

There are lots of actors who get too little credit. One of them is Jaya Bhaduri-Bachchan. So which Jaya Bachchan songs would you like to hear sung on ASVOI, and by which participant? (The guys can sing duets featuring her.)

Abhilasha has the innocence and the calibre to deliver this perfect, I feel 😊

Baahon me chale aao (Anamika) - Saptaparna

I found a naugtiness in her 'Jiya jale' rendition and think she can carry this off very well 😳

I want to explain my choices now that I have read yours!

I think Mirande for 'Ab to hai tumse' because we haven't heard her sing that kind of song yet. At the same time, it will use her range better than many other Lata songs will.

Arshpreet's voice is so different from Vani Jairam's that I would like to hear this song in her more huskily sweet tones.

I want to push Sumitra a little bit so 'Raaton ke saaye' or 'More naina bahaye neer.' Abhilasha can carry off most songs as we have seen so far, so actually a very seedha Hindi film song like, 'Maine dekha ik sapna' (Samadhi). Actually, what about Jawani Diwani's 'Hai tauba mujhe tune badnaam kar diya.' Oh, that would be a great Abhilasha song too.

I saw that Vanaja... You selected songs that you thought would be a different genre from what the contestants have attempted already... And that is a fascinating way to look at things too.... 😊

from vanaja's point of view i would like to hear irfan/ishmeet sing 'yeh jawani hain diwani' (jawani diwani) 😊

i too chose csongs which would suit the contestants.

jaya's choice for saptaparna"baahon mein chale aa" is perfect for her beautiful voice.

"raaton ke saaye ghane"too will showcase her clear voice..


for abhilasha i chose "more naina bahaye neer' because i want to hear her sing thenext line"sakhi kya karoon,mora jiya na maane,kya karoon..."
