Live Update, Delhi 2, 2.6.2007

Yesterday in the first episode from Delhi three contestants were selected.... Today other 8 contestants will perform.....

The show starts with Alka and Abhijeet performing "Vaada raha sanam" the two melodious voices👏

Jatin says 18 saal pehle gana banaya tha.... tab Abhijit ke sar pe hariyali thi😆..... Abhijeet says subah se roti nahi khayi..... rice hi kha raha hu...😆

Shaan comes and greets people....

First contestant: Ashpreet

"tare hain baarati, chaandani hain yeh baarat"

Her voice is good but her pronunciation seemed faulty.....😊....But she sang the song well in surs....

Aadesh: Mere rongte khade ho gaye.... aur aisa bahot kam hota hain, fantastic, amazing, mindblowing
Abhijeet: when u gave first alaap we should have stopped as we did nt require to hear afterwards... we got VOI from Delhi
Alka: aapke gaane me mithas bhi lagi
Lalit Jatin: Aap namkeen type singer hain, bahot accha lage

Second Contestant: Shreeram from Hyderabad

He sings "Kyon aajkal nind kam khwab jyada hain"

He has original voice, not copying the singer.... He is good in surs...... He seems a trained singer..... He is good..... He is wonderful singer 👏...... He is fantastic👏

Aadesh: Fantastic..... Effortless singing.... it was fantastic
Abhijeet: tumne pakke singer ki tareh gaya.....Well sung...
Alka: Shreeram hone wala hain tumhara bahot naam
Jatin Lalit: nayi aawaj hain accha hain.... feel aur kashish hain aawaj me....... maza aaya

Third contestant: Sonu

"tera jaadoo chal gaya"........

He is okkk..... not that good......

Aadesh:
Abhijeet: tera sur nahi chala jaadoo bhi nahi chalega

he asks for another chance to sing another song.... Abhijeet says that chance is given to the person who knows how to sing.... he appeals to public..... Shaan says aisa nahi chalta.... so he again asks Abhijeet.... Abhijeet says "Aap kya dadagiri kar rahe hain" and tells him to go.... he deserved it......😆

Fourth contestant: Arvind dhadwal

He sings "Agar tum na hote"

He has original voice again..... a real nice voice...👏.... He seems good with surs too.... He is good with surs..... He is singing well... but we can say this is relatively simpler song😊

Fifth Contestant: Dipin

He sings "More saiyaan to hain pardes"

This is a classical song that I have not heard before..... But from hearing it does nt seem that He missed even one note..... He was very good with the song👏

He is really a trained singer.... I am enjoying todays episode after the Indore episode👏👏👏... may be in Antara he missed some notes.... but overall he was soo good with this classical song👏👏👏 He is definitely in

Aadesh: Maza nahi aaya boss........ bahot jyada aanand aaya.... camera kabhi rishwat nahi kha sakta....
Abhijeet: Excellent
Alka: Bahot bahot accha laga
Jatin Lalit: Bahit hi accha.... jo riyaaz karta hain uske sur aasani se lagte hain.... Sangeet se rang bikhara hain.... alfaz nahi mile lekin bahot accha gaya

Sixth contestant: Himani

"Sajan ghar aana tha"

She has nice voice but she did nt sing well😕...... the throw of voice that this song requires was missing.... it looked more of a sad song

Aadesh: Nahi maza nahi aaya..... its not voice... kuch khanak nahi hain
Abhijeet: U are not the voice of India

Jatin Lalit: Nirash nahi karna chahta... lekin gane ne shine nahi kiya... voice me punch nahi hain... I am disappointed to know that a nice song if not sung well how will it to hear

Seventh Contestant : Aaditi

She sings a classical number "Aan milo sajna"

She has an orthodox voice..... I think she missed the song completely in the start..... She missed surs... the aalap was nt that impressive.... the start was slow..... She is not easy in changing the scales and aalaps....I felt She tries to put lots of effort and missing out on the song....

She is very good at higher notes but at lower notes she is miserable....

Aadesh: Maza aa gaya.... yeh to virasat me mili cheez hain.... ek aur gaana sunao "jara jara mehkta hain" I want to hear contrast..... Very good.... beginnig me problem tha... so she said cynocitis
Abhijeet: Pranam karna chahta hu aapke pitaji ko.... as he trained her .......aapka dusra gana I am not impressesed..... cynocitis recording me nahi chalta

Jatin Lalit: God bless u..... aawaj me dam hain..... aur virasat me cheez mili hain

Eighth contestant: Parthsarathi

He sings " Chal chaiya chaiya"

He is a good singer...... but may be he was copying Sukhwinder voice here.....😕 He sang well in surs.... and I enjoyed it okk.... but cd have been better

Jatin Lalit: Hold karne ko attraction chahiye wo maza nahi aaya.....
Aadesh: Depth nahi lagi...udata udata laga.... sangeet ko time dena chahiye..

Yesterdays in : Neeta, Ishmit and Chaitanya.... even they will be confirmed today if they will go further😊

Shaan says today we selected 5 and yesterday we selected 3. We take 6 or 7 so is it that we reject someone from yesterday.....

But Aadesh says no.... so the judges say that we are taking all 8 as they are all good......

I must say all the 8 singers are really good👏

First singer was good in surs but had pronunciation problems...... Shree ram second contestant is just fantastic......👏👏👏

I think there were some genuine problems yesterday because of change in timings..... so update cd nt be given as the updater missed the episode😳....

we are looking for an updater from India or the update would come 3 hrs late for friday from next week😊 if anyone is interested kindly PM me or blamed_x_myself😊
