Is Mahabharat the reason for AKA going off air?

Swastik Productions - Producers of AKA has started their new and successful grand venture of Mahabharat in Star Plus last month. Speculation is that the production house unable to afford concentration on 2 shows, has decided to end AKA.

yes rihanna... me too thought about this... siddharthe tiwary is focussing on mahabharat only... this is not fair.. and moreover mahabharat is also aired at 8.30 .. so aka facing double competition, i.e from mahabharat and madhubala also... so AKA ki trp bhi toh kam honi hi thee na..

i also think same...they should either continue the show or give chandnish a role in Mahabharat...

He would be a great fit for Abhimanyu! But Abhimanyu aane keliye abhi kaafi time hai! :(

yaar sach me abhimanyu ka role to nishu ko hee milna chaye...yaro muze nahee pata tha kee mahabharat bhee swastik walo ka hia...thanks for the information...mai bhee swastik walo ko mail karti hu ko ek ek role mere chandnish ko bhee dede

and me n lily were also discussing k nishad must be given a role in mahabharat.. i suggest Abhimanyu's role... so for that, me n lily have decided to mail swastik about it...

I think we are all thinking the same thing. Aman dear, muh ki baat cheen li yaar. When Mahabharat started, and when I realized its from Swastik productions, this is exactly that came to my mind. Abhimanyu is Nishad and Nishad is Abhimanyu, I can't think of anybody but him. I hope they pick him as Abhimanyu and Nishad works on his physique for his role. Who else but Chandni his darling wife (forget the character's name).

If that is the case, Nishad aur Chandni ko bhi ek ek role diya jaaye Mahabharat mein? Kam se kam Nishu ko roz roz dekhna ka iccha toh poori ho jayegi! :)

Hey IndianRihanna, you are right. Mahabharat is a massive productions and it seems to be doing good in case of TRP and all, that is why they have such unreal track in Amita ka Amit so viewers loose interest in it. and the serial ends and they can focus on this massive drama. The producers and Sony Tv should realize that Amita ka amit has some very good fan following all over the world.

I think the careless behaviour of sony towards AKA is the reason for its going off air😡
