Jyothi thanks for the detailed update and analysis. To begin with the police station scene where Shobha pleads to that creep Tarun was heart wrenching. Due to her ill fate, she had to plead the one whom she was hating to the core to help her to come out of that lockup. Isn't this the irony of life. She had to plead the advocate to for his cell phone just to talk to her kids and give them some brave words to keep them composed during her absence. But when even that was declined, she was left with nothing but to curse herself for her state. But I felt like slapping that Tarun when he suggested that Shobha should not worry about her kids as Ridhima will take care of them like real mother. How rude was that, he suggested that as if Shobha is going on a jolly trip to Switzerland that she should not worry about her kids but enjoy the trip? So he was mentally prepared for her long jail term and to take advantage of the situation. May be he was thinking of utilizing this opportunity to blackmail Sharada to get Garima engaged to Ajay.
Really felt bad for Shobha .. yes she had to literally beg to someone like Tarun and he was like ok will meet u kal , do let us know if u need something .. woww .. so indirectly he is saying u got to stay here for more days .. better u get used to this ... what a cunning guy 🤢
And about Sharada, she is ready to send anyone and everyone to jail as long as she gets her son out of it. She is obsessed with this son so much that, if required she will be ready to send Garima to jail just to get Samarth out of jail. may be in her dictionary, a person who does all this treachery, Sleeping with other ladies, corruption etc are the feathers to a man's mardangi. So she will not feel ashamed to know that her son cheated the nation, cheated his wife and kids. All she thinks is that when he had provided his wife and kids with food, clothing, shelter and comforts, no one had the right to question his integrity. may be if Vikram had volunteered to bail out Samarth, she would have accepted it eagerly but he chose to help out Shobha which didn't go well with that lady (should I really call her lady?) Even in kids, if she has to choose, she will end up choosing Rehan and leave Jiya to either Shobha or to anyone. She is so obsessed with male child syndrome which is difficult to cure. MAy be this could be the reason that we had that spoiler mentioning Shobha was asked to pay Jiya's annual fee to get her custody. SO may be Rehan will be given to Samarth and Jiya to Shobha on conditional custody and she will have to prove that she can take care of the kids financial requirements along with emotional to retain her custody.
I was not aware of this spoiler 😲 .. mayb this could b the reason why Shobha lied in court for the sake of both her kids .. she cant part ways from either kid and so thought of compromising .. well yeah in case of 2 kids , I think law tests if the mother can financially take care of both and only then give custody of both or else just one .. but then in this case their one parent is a criminal .. so I wonder if even then court will give custody of one kid to the father when he has serious charges against the nation 🤔

And I think that land line phone which was given Shobha was tapped and they would have recorded the conversation to their future interrogation session. Otherwise why will they give her the phone to use. This is top trap her as she was involved in high profile defense case. So they may be want to see whom she spoke to and what hints she gave to them (code language) etc. It was really difficult to watch Shobha with those shrewd CBI officers. Thank god there were only 2 people who were questioning her and the others were supporting them with document evidence. So far Shobha was under the impression her husband was caught with a girl and wrongly accused of other charges. So she had thought that if she ignores his disloyalty to her by sleeping with some other girl (she had presumed that he slept with that one girl alone), she had decided to bring him back for her kids but when they started bombarding her with all those questions about his involvement with defense deals and also with so many ladies. Forget about Shobha, I felt fukish on seeing so many photos with the commentary by the officials. Had Shobha knew even 1% of all that they said, she would not have dared to lie to the court. All she thought was except for that girl (video) every other thing was false charges. Either nobody bothered to update her with complete charges or she was reluctant to know the extent of her husbands treachery. Hence she was completely divested on realizing what a shark her husband was and how she thought he was just a small fish in her aquarium.
So true ... it was indeed pukeworth to know how many girls this guy slept with .. yuckk .. wonder if he has any STD because of it .. u never know 🤢 ... about landline phone , that could b a possibility , but then she was just speaking to her kids and Vikram even told how the mobile was at his home .. so it was a harmless chat even if its being recorded ..
When she got the chance to speak over phone, all she could remember was to safeguard her kids from the harsh reality that even their mother was arrested and in jail. She wanted to false assured them that she was held up with some work and will not be able to come home for some days. How difficult it would have been for a mother to lie to her small child (when all along she was teaching the kids about speaking truth). But the fate had planned other things, so instead of her Jiyu, it was her savior who attended the call an d was stunned to hear her distressed voice and he could easily make out that she was crying all along. When she said she lied only for her kids, he could immediately connect with her (as he had even questioned Garima about why did Shobha lied to court). So in that one moment he could realize the trauma of that mother, those kids and even that grown up kids who always took shelter in her Bhabhi's pullu, Garima. In that instant moment he decided that he should help that lady so that the kids are saved from breaking down. He had seen that eagerness in their eyes when they were anticipating that their mother (super mother) will bring home their father and how they would have turned out to be sad now.
Yes Vikram realised the reason why she lied .. its not because she wants to remain a doormat .. she did it just for her kids .. so thats where Vikram can see how she got trapped in the mess as she was totally misguided by Tarun .. lets see how Vikram bails her out of this mess ..
But yet again, he was sure that he is doing all thee things only for those small kids. But alas, that Dracula Sharada didn't allow him to complete his sentence but pushed him out of their house. Was she inhuman for not to see the sorrow of those innocent kids and how they are crying their heart out for their mother? could she not realize how Jiya hugged Vikram as her life support the moment she saw him out side their door. Was she so sadist that she is infact enjoying Shobha's condition of staying away from her kids in the same way she (Sharada) is away from her son? can't judge this lady but unfortunate thing is their may not be any clause in our law to imprison even the mother when her son does some crime. (like dowry case, how I wish even she was remanded along with her son).
Sharda has blind faith on just one guy and thats Tarun .. she feels rest of the world r enemies of her son .. only Tarun is their saviour .. what a delusional women na .. and see the kind of comments she passed about Shobha and Vikram .. yucck 🤢
And about Rehan falling sick as he was missing his mother and if that boy can't survive a night without his mother, how can Vikram visualize these 2 kids to live months together away form their mother in the company of that cruel grand mother.

May be Garima realized one more thing today when she spoke to her sister that all relations are valid till such time you are on top of the world and the moment you fall down, no one will be there to support you. Not even your family. That is what her elder sister did by refusing to take care of the kids for some days. She was always eager to take help from her brother tills uch time he was in power and now when his children need support, she withdrew herself from that family circle by claiming she has her own problems. And Shobha's mother had already washed her hands, even before Shobha went to jail. So now Garima has none other than Vikram & Nani to support her in taking care of her precious eyeballs (Jiya & Rehan). Hopefully Vikram will take Rehan to the doctor to get him treated and might ask his Nani to give them good food and also keep them entertained.
Yes basically everyone today r very self centered .. when u r on top , everyone treats u like boss , but when your ship is sinking , everyone wants to escape out of it asap ... Vikram will b the exception here as being an outsider he is nolt only giving moral strength to both kids but will also help Shobha out of jail now
May be he will contact this advocate to get the complete details and that is when he will come to know about that clause (one parent being released to take care of the children) and will help Shobha to get the bail. May be he will give his personal guaranty and also pay the huge amount which is needed to pay as caution deposit and will get Shobha released from police custody.
that lawyer is Vikram's friend too who is after Samarth's case .. wonder if he will tell Vikram about this clause and how Tarun plans to misuse it ... mayb hearing this Vikram will get some brainwave .. yesterday that lawyer was shocked to see how Tarun was so heartless ..
Later may be there will be some more issues for Shobha which will also be solved by the help of Shobha. May be he will employ Garima also in his company so that both the ladies are self supported and need not have to look at others (Samarth or Tarun).
I so hope Garima takes up a job too and becomes independent so that her mother cannot pressurise for that marriage with Ajay 😡
