Shobha's character is emerging stronger & she has to accept & fulfill challenges on a day to day basis & now work life is an all new ball game for her & taking up this presentation or it actually fell in her plate by Vikram who will want a perfect deliverable so Shobha will prove it!
Also I would say that the negative dynamics which her MIL puts at her is very important for growth of Shobha's strength of independence foundation & prove her MIL that she can balance both !! So its Shobha's quest to prove she can do it!!
