Prem's love is definitely slowly becoming deewangi, even today's precap, he seems extremely possessive of her. And we know how his love is for his father, so I guess his love for Teja will rival or exceed that and when she stays away from him(if she is not playing a game), its going to explode.

pyaar I think can be used to describe all sorts of love, like between siblings, friends, parent and child. Also can be like infatuation (acc to quora), I guess it can also be used for platonic love. Also its a hindi word
Ishq as for as what I read means divine love, I think its meant to be a higher sort of love than pyaar, I also think in context it means undying,eternal love. The word has originated from Persian(acc to quora)
Mohabbat similar to ishq I think is to denote a more serious sort of love & app orignated from Arabic.
Beypana means undying I think.
Again my hindi isnt great, like I can't pinpoint it exactly. I understand it only contextually when I watch. I am South Indian, so its not natural for me.
Deewangi by the way is craziness/madness in love.
Maybe others can explain better.
