i hope to see teja outsmart prem in his own game...because a sudden friendship would raise doubts in her mind immediately...but why is prem's family so into getting prem and teja getting married without her mother's consent?

I think that's what she's going to do. She trusted him the first time and it all went downhill. This time, she knows it's just another plan of his. He's asked her mother for forgiveness, but I think Teja has acted more smart this time round. Prem's family were only desperate for their marriage because they all had the wrong idea; that Prem loved Teja. They're not into getting them married now as they found out exactly what Prem was up to.
