Like most of you I liked Rusty's salwar kamiz suit styles a lot 😃 … variation was not there true 😭 … but she looked very elegant 👏 in her sleeveless kamiz. … since she is not very curvy … she looked fine in a kamiz 😉. I hated Mathura the most in a kamiz 😡 …. She would have looked much better in a saree.

BTW … do you really think girls look older when they are in a saree as oppose to in a kamiz or in an western outfit 😕 ? It's true when girls are in there teens perhaps ….. but after a certain age like 24/25 … they tend to look very elegant in a saree when dress up for parties and all.

Also isn't it true that, elegance comes with age? 😉 … the teenager look is not desirable nor it's attractive after a certain age... either for a man or a woman .

But as Teena said, the design of the blouse is very very critical here …. You need a perfectly tailored blouse to get the best out of the sari you are wearing 😛. Every day wear kamiz or Kurta is fine … but as party wear I always go for a saree rather than a gorgeous kamiz suit whenever possible 😉. Sometimes it's not practical at all to wear a sari ... like when I know that I have to drive my SUV and the road is icy ... and I must wear a pair of snow boots to go to the party ... yeah I do have the option to change once I reach the place but sari and snow boots (even when no one is there to think it's funny still 😆 😆 ...).

I know Rusty dressed according to the traditions of a Punjabi bride 👏 …. But she could have worn saries (I know she is fond of saris more than the suits … she mentioned in one of her interviews … she has a great collection of chiffon, jorjet , lace and crepe saris 😊 )…. some times to look different. Only time when she worn a sari …. that too was not the best you know 😭 … her blouse was not stylish at all 😡 🤢 …

I would still say that she is far more georgeous and elegant.. than what we saw in ADHM.... She had a lot of scope to improve on her look in this serial.... Her present look was ok😊...could have been much better😃... Do you remember her in marriage .... I didn't find her attractive... her make up was pathetic in that one😕.... just see her in modelling snaps in bridal dresses... stunning👏 ...... second time in sr scene she was ok...😊

Teena ... uuuuffff don't remind me of Rusty's makeup😕 .... I hated her loud lipsticks at times🤢. Her lips do not have the required natural outlines for dark/bright color lipsticks😉 …. She looks great in natural or earth tone lipsticks …. Also due to her extremely pale complexion she needs to stick with only pastel colors and earthy subdued tones when picking up her makeup to look divine 😃…. and … preferably lighter shade of hair to avoid looking gothic. Yeah her snaps as a model are much better👏.

Teena and Shahnaz, i am literally speechless with amazement. I tend to not notice these things (except beautiful sarees) though nowadays i make conscious efforts to look at what people are wearing. i had never thought about rusty's lipstick shade till you mentioned it shahnaz. also when i see women in sarees, i only see the saree... never thought of the design of the blouse. You two gals have an amazing sense of observation 👏

Well Shvetal dear you have eyes for the saree too I just get lost somewhere in the prints. As for makeup hmmm one needs to have some sense to appreciate it. Have promised Achouba will not be writing about Soumya so will write in general girls with pale complexion look good in earthly tones. I prefer terracotta and rosewood for such skins. But yes they can wear off bright shades provided they are in appropriate apparel I too have seen Soumya in a few modelling snaps. She's gorgeous.........when she's been dealt with well.

Well Muneeza there you have me. I can still talk about sarees, but cannot talk about or make any sense of make up at all. Know absolutely zilch about it, use it only for functions and always depend on friends/cousins to apply it for me. 😊

Hey Shvetal …. Makeup is an art but none of us normal people need to use that much of it in real life😃 … we are not in show biz. …where people are always under light and camera…. people tend to look very pale and larger than life on screen … they have to look perfect.

Also in real life the makeup has to be subtle enough to look natural on you and should enhance your natural beauty and subdue your not so perfect features (we all do have not so perfect features😉 …. only difference is that some of us know how to divert attention from those and some of us don't 😆😆…).

So you let your friend apply makeup on you 😉….. I hope you trust their sense of beauty and style. You know what? …. I have seen many girls look awful after taking the wrong make up😭 …. they look nicer without any makeup to begin with😃 … so sweetheart be careful.

I feel a nicely styled hair cut (with highlights to create the depth👍🏼) to suit the shape of your face and body type (also life style😎…) with glowing complexion and neatly done eye-brows👍🏼 along with a well tailored outfit ❤️(whatever that is …. from Jeans to Kurta to blouse ….) on a vibrant body 😳with great posture and lively attitude😉 will take you a long way before even focusing on makeup. 😉
