I've had enough!

Narayani Shastri has quit drinking because she was afraid of getting addicted to alcohol Ranjib Mazumder Actress Narayani Shastri, who was well-known for enjoying drinks at social dos, has decided to quit drinking alcohol. Narayani says, "I was scared of getting addicted to alcohol, so I decided to put a stop to it." No more: Narayani Shastri But is the scare of addiction the only reason for Narayani to stop drinking or has she suddenly turned more health conscious? "I have not quit because of my health but because I was getting addicted to alcohol over a period of time. I don't want to see myself hooked to anything. So, I decided to abstain from drinking. Actually, I really don't think that alcohol is that bad for health, if consumed in reasonable quantity," she says. Commenting on who advised her to quit drinking, Narayani says, "It's entirely my decision. Anyway, I don't think anyone else can make you quit drinking. I used to smoke, but I quit that too."( after smoking she has also quit drinking..and has become an achchi bachchi 👍🏼..but why??..there must be some motivation behind her decision,hai na?😉..par kya?? 😕..yehi to mystery hai 😉😕??) How does she cope when friends insist that she drink while partying? "If friends force you to drink, then they are not your friends. You can easily enjoy yourself at a party without drinking," she says. (lekin apko shayad ye baat kuch dayr se samajh ayi hai 😉..chalo deyr aayad,drust aayad👏 ) Talking about her diet after quitting drinks, Narayani says, "I am also eating a lot of healthy food and fruit juices now. I have always been health conscious and working out every day keeps me fit." On the professional front, Narayani is keen to try out new projects. "I have done enough saas-bahu shows. Although, I am flooded with new offers every day, I don't want to repeat what I have done in the past. I had great fun doing Nach Baliye 2, as dance is one of my passions. Now, I want to anchor some shows," says Narayani. And what about her on-off relationship with 'good friend' Gaurav Chopra? Is marriage on the cards? "Nothing as of now. But, I will let everyone know when that happens," she adds.(hey guys did u notice she has not denied her relationship..instead she just add that she will let everyone know,when that happens😉..hmmm ,and she has quit drinking also..i'm sure they are planning to get married..if so then i'm v v happy for them😃 🥳..) * If friends force you to drink, then they are not your friends. She has quit smoking. 😉 ..and she is quitting drinking also😉 ....I won't be surprised, in the next article she will say that she has started believing in marriage also 😳 ...and in the next article....ahem ahem... 😛 , girls I think you shud stop bashing her now and join JOJO for building new healthy relations with her... 😉

Muneeza darling, we do not know her personally.😊......so I can't comment on whether she deserves him or not😉...But if it is on the cards and they both are happy about it....I don't have a problem either...😊.

oh its not an old 1..waise narayani aunty to narayani devi ban gai n jojo y r u happy that she is marring gaurav ufffffffff if its in my hands then i will kill ur didi.. 😡..but 1 thing wich i want to share wid u guys that gaurav choose her na..zaror us me kuch khass hoga nahi to apna gaurav usk bare me itna na sochta .. 👏

Well i dont think of drinking as bad so it wasnt ever an issue with me. However, i seriously appreciate the fact that she recognised a dependence in time.... most people who become dependent on substances (or for that matter other people) for their happiness do not realise that fact for a long period of time.
And i completely agree with her on the statement about friends.... people who would dissuade you when you know your own mind are not friends.
Finally, i understand what she means when she says that you can enjoy yourself without drinking too.... before i started drinking, i'd have a gala time at midnight drinking parties with friends.... and with my coffee, i'd be the only one without a hangover the next day. 😉
As far as the Gaurav Narayani marriage is concerned, Que Sera Sera, what will be will be, the future's not ours to see.....
