Sowmya Tandon, who plays Rusty in Aisa Des Hai Mera, tried her hand at doing her own stunt and though the actor found it thrilling she is not keen to repeat the same in the future. The scene required Sowmya to run on the train track when her on-screen husband is trying to commit suicide. "We were shooting at Palghar. When I was told about the scene, I did not realise that it would be so dangerous. Since the track that we were shooting on was for out-station trains, the trains would approach at a high speed" says Sowmya, who was worried whether she would get the stunt right. Sowmya says that thankfully she got the stunt right. "I pushed Gaurav and fell on the other side. But I fell on the stone next to the tracks, which hurt me. But I couldn't go to the doctor immediately since we had to finish the shooting. I went to the doctor who bandaged my hand and asked me to take rest," says Sowmya. And though Sowmya managed to the scene, she is not keen to repeat her act. She says, "Next time, I will think twice before doing a stunt scene again. I'll try and opt for a body double. One needs to have professional stuntmen for such scenes." Her action scene apart, Sowmya is happy with the way the show is shaping up. "The show is being liked a lot right now, its keeping me busy, but once it is wrapped up, I'll take up new projects and maybe even try my hand at films," says Sowmya.
