after kandy saw the tape she went bad and started to plot against rusty as well. n she vowed that she will make her pine for her love just like she has to for yuvraj. thus sceming with madhura to have ajit marry her. kandy n ajit get married. rusty becomes mean to ajit saying she never loved him and yada yada yada. but infact she did. so yah the two get married. then madhura says to kandy that everything went prefect. rusty only did what i told her n the fact that her dad n yuvraj n baoji got caught in the middle isn't her fault. then kandy realizes omg, madhura is bad, then she apologizes to ajit n says she'll tell everyone everything. but ajit says no cuz then rusty sacrifice would go to waste, then he decides that they go back to canada. kandy apologizes to rusty before they leave. ajit n rusty are really heart broken.
ok so they are gone, back to the family. nothing much has really happened there except linda came into the home. for a while we were under the impression that rusty was bad and that she wanted to kill randhir. but later we found out that it was linda who sent rusty to take revenge on the family. and when linda came there rusty pretended to be with linda but in reality she had grown to love the family and didn't want anything to happen to them. dherej, a guy who is working w/ linda is about to kill randhir (he had called him to some place to take his daughter back whom dherej had kidnapped) but rusty put something else in the gun n called the police n it dherej got put in jail. dherej than at one point got to talk to linda n thats when linda found out the truth about rusty. then linda goes to rusty and says if ur not w/ me then i'll do it by myself. rusty answers her back basically saying over her dead body will linda do anything.
now the samay character, he is randhir's friends son who had gone to india for business n he had to go visit randhir as per his fathers orders. on the night he was going punjab, his car broke down n lucky (his friend) went to go find a mechanic, leaving samay alone, there rusty was coming down the steps from the mandir n it strted to rain really bad. she was having a hard time controling her umbrella, which had then fell n started to go farther from her, thus making her dupatta fly away, on to samays face, he pulls the dupatta down n goes to her to give it back. at this moment samay is completely taken by her. he's in "love," which we later find out that he is only wanting to get her in bed. so yah rusty leaves n then later samays comes there to the deol house. there, randhir gives house tour, n on tour, samay sees rusty in room n keeps staring. rusty doesn't like him much. then lucky n samay leave (lucky was there too)
then monday rusty was looking for a file, her lil helper guy had left n then samay came, rusty didn't know as she was to busy looking for file. then she falls of the stool right into his arms, tey stare for a lil bit, then he puts her down. then randhir comes and asks what he is dong here he said he came to visit, rusty then leaves to her cabin, where she gets ajit 😳 phone call. both are very emotional, really sad scene i have to say. both r crying. then rusty hangs up n runs to her car n leaves, samay sees this n goes after her. she ends up going to this cliff n ther is shiv ji's statue she then starts to do the dance that shiv ji is known for doing. while doing so its raining n she's crying, n then at the end of the dance she falls. thsi whole time samay is staring at her, then he runs to her aid when she falls, he gives her his jacket n they leave, but rustys car doesn't start up so samay says i'll give u a ride home. they r in the car, rusty starts to talk about lonliness. samay says she wont b alone nemore, n then rusty says thas not where my house is, its the toehr way, samay says i knw, we're going to my house. u can stay the nght there. rusty says stop the car, n she gets out, n he gets out, n she slaps him.
so then she goes home is all like eh what a guy, weirdo. n then yesterday, samay was shown eating breakfast w/ deol family, he asks to goto office w/ them. he lands them a business deal, that if randhir doesn't get they will go bankrupt. randhr tells rusty tot tellhim the ropes of the business. samay apologize for what he said, he should't have n aks rusty to go to coffee w/ him. rusty hesitantly agrees. n it samay brings the coffee, but has mixed someting in rusty's drink, n it ends on rusty being all drugged up.
