Not happy about Agle janam's position in comparison to other zee shows too. I alway felt and feel the standards for agle janam's are much higher to that of any show on indian tv.

Colors is the leader. If one show has an interesting twist its peak TRPs will be much higher than a serial on Zee Tv. For a serial on Zee TV to stay in the top 10 it has to be consistently good.

I know Colors is the number one channel but Bigg Boss helped it push the 300 GRP mark. Now Bigg Boss is over Colors, Zee and Star are almost at the same level again so I don't see why a big twist on Colors can make such an impact for a show which has left the top ten. Where as for Zee the shows are always in the top ten so a big twist should make a big impact right?

The Shali wedding did help but I still feel that the ratings could have been higher and that Zee could have made more of the story. When Manav's and Archana's wedding was done I remember how much promotion Zee put into the wedding. Agle Janam really needs that extra push because it has the pitential to do better.

..but yes I do agree Zee being a "weaker" channel to Colors the shows have to be more consistent, but efforts to push the ratings further can be made by Zee. And let's not forget that Zee at the moment is riding on Dance India Dance to keep up with Colors. So once this reality show ends the fiction shows need to take over, right?

Most of the times the peak TRPs of one show on a channel is determined by the peak of the other shows on the channel. For example Uttaran has a peak of 9.6 (all time) whereas the peak for Pavitra Rishta (Zee's top show is 7.1). For Agle and other shows on Zee thats the standard. If one show of Zee starts hitting 8 or 9 the other shows will also start doing well whereas Laado has a channel that can give highs of 9.6 in reach.
If Colors promotes Laado in Uttaran the reach is much higher than what PR can give Agle.
For Zee to do really well PR will have to continue in the top spot for a few more weeks if possible. Then the other shows on the channel will also start doing well. Thats how Colors got through with BV or Zee with Saat Phere or Star Plus with KBC Now JKR has started hitting the top 10. Similarly some other shows if well promoted within PR or DID can do well.
But for that to happen new shows have to come soon. They can start by getting rid of Aapki Antara for example.

it's all about storyline, and what else is happening at that same time slot on different channels.

laddo doesn't has much competition at 10:30. while 9-10 slot is just full of popular shows across all channels. hence AJ is lower this week as it was not the best week in storyline, while other shows are doing well. in JKR too the story is at a high point with manu getting married, so it has scored above AJ.

And in colors the channel doesn't have a loyal audience yet, most of the audience are who just watch the show seeing a promo either aired during blockbuster movies or other events. so they just randomly check out the show. while zee and star have a stable viewership. plus colors does heavy promotion for it shows, so people tend to check out

agle janam ratings hv fallen down dats simply bcoz of the Twist M sure No1 liked it wen an addict like me was least interested to watch da show i can understand abt da others , The story line of rest 9 shows were far better dan agle janam dats why dere ratings are higher, But m sure its Trps will increase in the coming weeks..

I think its a copy of the movie ' Wanted'
Did u see the grps of sony it seems YRF shows hv affected its ratings i love all the new show they hv started pata nahin why ppl are not watching it :(

yea but big boss had low trp's but this show will at least get something better as it's fiction. but i hope it doesn't get much😆 what?? it's like wanted? i thought it was about some girl who is not good lokking and dark😆
yea told u before YRF shows are flat. i have seen most of them, the production is good but that's about it, noting much for the mass regular indian audience. people can't relate to them. i would say they are shows of the future maybe if they make theses shows 5 years later then they might become hit.

Waise Gur If shows Like Powder,Mahiway, and seven wud hv aired in Some other channels like Zee or Colors then it wud hv done really well Also the shows were not promoted well may be dats why all of them failed to garner expected ratinngs
