""Shekhar has put Laali on the pedestal, I know I know what she has done for him but Laali has come into his life until recently....for her Shekhar has forgotten the love for his elder brother? Doesn't he deserve a second thought? ""
Shekhar is in love and has only just realised it - it is now possessing his mind - it is natural that he places Laali on a pedestal. I think she deserves that pedestal - she has done so much for him in the short time they have been together - even when Shekher was nasty and insulting to her.
Has Shekhar forgotten the love of his elder brother? Whose love are you talking about? Ranvijay's love - if so - yes probably at one time there was love and perhaps there may still be remnants of that love . Somehow i don't think Shekhar has forgotten. I think Shekher loves his brother too but not more than he loves Laali. You must not forget that Laali laid her life down for Shekhar - i wonder whether Ranvijay had every done so and would ever do so - somehow i don't think. If he wants to grab the land which is rightfully Shekhar's - a land that nobody bothered about all these years - what love are you talking about.
So you tell me - do you think Ranvijay deserves a second thought?

No he doesn't frankly speaking Ranvijay is instigating Shekhar and is taking out his jealousy on Shekhar. Shekhar did not want Laali it is Loha Singh's idea but then I guess siblings react the way Ranvijay is reacting....my point is with Shekhar's nature I would want him to play the emotional card more, somehow the 'he-man' image is not suiting him, I want to see something different, not a cry baby but a man who uses his emotional strength more than his muscle strength, it is painful to see brothers lurching for each other's throat....

I mean hello everyone knows that they are keeping a rakhel so kinda agree with sid today about what to keep from people now. I feel like sid does have some feelings for shekhar though she doesnt show it because I feel like she hasnt been taught to love properly and only been babying around. I remember the scene when kaushalya asked sid the first time if sid wouldnt mind letting shekhar have a baby from another woman, and she shed tears before she was swayed by thakurian. It seems like she's always been bossed around then and now by gangiya. I really wish she would finally stand up on her own and show that she has feelings too and has a say in this house too.
I still wish to see subhi because I feel like that's the only relationship that sounds right rather than the other woman...Though I like Shali, I just wish they would do it legally and right because it seems like Loha Singh has lost his voice and doesnt mind if he doesnt get a waaris anymore. I think laali should just go back to her home where she should be and be an example to her siblings.....I just feel like in this show there's so many things shown that are wrong shown as right. I mean who would in their right mind in this world accept another woman in their husband, son or brother's life seriously.....
I hate to be a moral police here but that's just how I feel, I am glad none of younger siblings watch this show otherwise they would get the wrong impression. Its just my humble opinion 😊 oh I really want ganeisya to enter now.

siddheswari doesnot loves shekhar she stood for herself bcoz villagers were laughing at her as shekhar did the pooja wid laali and is now staying in the kothri wid her she was kind of insulted so juz for her image she wanted shekhar back if she wud hv loved shekhar den she wud hv hv never let him go away frm her but she chosed her room & not her hubby so its better if she stays in her room and let shekhar-laali to live in peace😊

Moroever yeh sab legal baatein mere samajh main nahin aati😳its juz a show if it progresses according to my wish den m okay wid everything and if it doesnot den i will say bye bye juz bcoz shekhar has married siddheswari dat doesnot mean he HAS to stay wid her If there is no love in a relationship its better to end it

I agree with you on that score - Shekhar's character from the beginning had been a sensitive one and that he should show emotional strength. He is not one for thuggery. But recently, he appears to be mirroring Ranvijay, albeit in defence. Hence my comment that I hope the creatives do not botch Shekar's character and that the character is in a delicate stage of evolving. If the creatives are not mindful about this sensitive (not in a weak way) character aspect of Shekar, then yes, he will be doing all the macho stuff which is so not like Shekar. But then again, it could be because he is in so much fear that he might lose Laali that he reacts so violently against his brother - it could have been years of emotional suppression surfacing now. The appearance of Laali has shaken the Thakur household - their placid lifestyle (apart from Loha's dictatorial control which no one dares question) has shaken and they are probably uncertain how to go about dealing with such new emotions
could we be reading too much into this...maybe the creatives don't really think too deep about the characters - they just want to create shock factors and exciting twists and turns to keep viewership.

@zeezee - shock effects are nice once in a while but then showing something meaningful is also necessary, atleast the viewers get some enriched version of drama which makes sense and are believable, I think the days of dhishum dhishum are gone now...

i don't think its ganesiya.. i mean they're gonna bring him to murder laali?? makes no sense... and ranvijay needs to grow up!! so does siddeshwari cuz she didn't feel 'unwanted' by her mother-in-law till gangiya filled her ears.. then she decides to scream it from the rooftops.. embarassing herself more along with her mother-in-law.. even nandini was shocked.. but whatever's happening is a good way of postponing anything that'll take place between ranvijay and jamuni.. cuz he wants laali dead... no matter what.. moron! 😡 so ya i don't think its ganesiya.. but looking forward to seeing who it is..
