After Ktlk, i have watched Reporters, Agent Raghav and now only Kapil Sharma's show and BGGPH with Kumkum bhagya sometimes.
I just can't stand other shows. Meri awaaz hi pehchaan hai has seen an amazing twist that i have stopped watching it too.
Manisha, the agony starts with the stretching of the tracks with no important happening and tha'ts where i loose charm of the shows.

I agree totally... DABH was so good to start with till she became an IPS officer... After that their drag started...

The Verdict is out and we are back with our TRP Highlights this week! Take a look at the top 10 shows this week-

On number 10 this week is Comedy Nights Bachaao. The Show has got 1.7 points that is the same as last time but it has lost 2 positions on the countdown.

The 9th position this week is taken by India's Got Talent. IGT has fetched 1.8 points with its special golden buzzer episodes and as the show progresses towards its finale, it will surely climb up a few spots on the countdown.

Number 8 this week is taken by two shows from Colors TV with 1.9 points. These shows are Swaragini and Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.

The 7th position is taken by on of India's most loved mythological show Siya Ke Ram with 2.0 points. With the whole Dinosaur drama we are expecting the show to climb up a few spots in the coming weeks.

Number 6 this week is Chakravartin Ashok Samrat with 2.2 points. One thing we can say about the show is that the overall quality of the show has increased and this show has really started picking up pace in the last few weeks.

The 5th position this week is taken by two shows that are Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Whats amazing that even the repeat episodes of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah are fetching 2.2 points! So if we count both of timeslots TMKOC will top the list!

At the 4th position is Kavach Kaali Shaktiyon Se. The show has fetched 2.4 points that are lower than last weeks points but the show holds on to the 4th position this week as well! The slot is also shared by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

At number 3 this week is Udann with a total of 2.6 points. Salman Khan coming on the show and all the wedding drama has helped the show to climb up the ladder.

2nd place this week goes to Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Kumkum Bhagya with 2.9 points. While Saathiya holds its ground, Kumkum Bhagya has gone up the countdown by one slot.

The first position is clearly dominated by Yeh Hai Mohabbatein with 3.0 points. Now that Yhm has beaten Kavach by a huge margin, fans of Divyanka and Vivek are sort of having a friendly competition based on the ratings!

All the top ten shows are craps for me including mythology and historical shows which have drama instead of mythological or historical facts.
I have started watching Tv with IPKKND which was a good rom com, on & off Arjun S1 too
Also followed Qubool hai 1 and stopped it in between as that started becoming drama series
Stopped watching drama category after that
After that followed Ek Hasina thi which was a good revenge story well said
After that followed Akbar Birbal which was an excellent comedy show
Also a small finite series called Zindagi wins as its a medical drama it was good but got wrapped up because of low TRPs with 20 episodes
Then reporters, Arcb, on and off Pyaar Ko Ho Jane Do which was content wise the best show Ekta ever made but had to shut it down because of low TRPs
Now only Adalaat 2 and BHRK
On and off MAHPH all these shows are really good but can never get in trp charts as these shows are realistic not crap dramas which trp aunties want

My mom watches Siya ke Ram...actually Ive also watched many mythological series...including older ones of Ramayan, Mahabharat, Krishna etc...i enjoy them, but they should be well made...the cast should be doing justice to the roles... then only i enjoy...
SKR i watch only wen i'm at home with my mom... thats it...

TV audience comprises of mostly women, but that's not the problem: Jaya Binju

"Problem is not the women audience, but the mad race of Television Rating Points (TRP) that makes the makers insecure about trying something new."

Actress Jaya Binju, currently seen on the small screen show "Krishndasi," says women form the maximum audience for TV soaps, but that's not the reason why most content in the industry is women-dominated.

Asked if she feels that small screen shows are mostly led by women characters, Jaya told sources: "Yes it is, because our audience is primarily women. Nevertheless, I don't think women in India or globally are so narrow-minded that they can't digest a variety of subjects."

The actress, whose track in Colors's show is nearing an end, says the "problem is not the women audience, but the mad race of Television Rating Points (TRP) that makes the makers insecure about trying something new."

Asked if content makers for TV should take up more relevant topics, she said: "According to me, it's not just about how TV or any medium of entertainment should always focus on relevant and meaningful subjects. Even a saas-bahu saga can be interesting if it doesn't succumb to the clich patterns of television."

What does she plan to do now since her track in "Krishndasi" -- which tells an untold story of the devadasi community -- is ending?

"I always believe in going with the flow. Currently, I am on the look out for projects that will come my way. But as always, the potential of the role and the people involved would be my first priority," she added.
