English, Korean and Pakistan have excellent to shows with realistic content. I can't understand why Indian audience prefer drama and Bhoots?

I think it might be related to still a significant rate of illiteracy in India... Specially in rural areas...may be...

yeah it was a romance cum medical drama

Remember Sanjeevani, it depicted the interns in the hospital... All of us who have done MBBS know how much independence interns are given and what is the level of competence interns have...it was so far away from reality... I'm saying this despite the fact that I've done my MBBS from one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India... It is so disheartening that PH don't do enough research while showing all this on TV...I think you would agree Uma...

I have not seen this show Manisha
In fact I started watching TVs show from 2013 with IPKKND
The only medical related show I saw was Zindagi wins.

Completely agree with you...I too hate sasural simar ka...it's too pakao yaar... Now people are watching this pakao serials... Oh!!!!I donno how can they tollarate it...I like detective shows... Nd sometime I watch Bahu humuri Rajni-kant nd kuch rang pyar key...otherwise I hate the most pakao serials...

Ohh OK...actually it was long back, I was in school. When I saw that, I was so fascinated with the way they depicted the interns handling pts independently. When I myself did my internship, I realized how fake that was...the independence they showed is really practically given to minimum final year postgraduates. So then I understood that PH just don't know anything about medical profession, nor do they try to do some research... Sorry state of tv

That's true Shaina.. Even I wonder about that...I do like detective series, so whenever I get time... I watch adaalat, cid (though I don't enjoy it much) or savdhaan India, or crime patrol... Max if not any of these, I prefer to see BGPH...a reasonably decent comedy show...

Really don't agree with what TRPs says.
