So trisha is suffering from cancer and she doesn'twant raghav to suffer because of that that's why she acted as she is marrying someone else, she wanted raghav to hate her ,thinking that he will start hating her of she does marries someone else, but finally raghav has come to know about the truth and knows trisha loves him soo much that she sacrificed her love to see him happy, loved to see the conversation between dr Kamat and Trisha ,loved she telling him to take care of raghav when she leaves him .Now raghav is going to usa to take trisha back in his life ,waiting for the next update dear ,really loved it soo much
