Amri I noticed how you drew the parallels to Mentalist right away as well.
  1. Gauri and Rajbeer - The moment this happened I only groaned inwardly wondering why the CVs were doing this. Couldn't they show something different?
  2. Team as hangers-on - In Mentalist I still felt that they did something more than just hang-on. They often went on their own investigation leaving Jane alone to his own ways. It was only when he had something that proved his point that they went back and joined on.

I wouldn't call myself a shipper, but I like how the CVs are developing a lovely relationship between Raghav and Trisha. Unlike in the Mentalist where things were sort of loose between Jane and Lisbon, here I like that you can see the emotional connect and sparks almost right away.

I have to agree. The criminal was way too obvious. The moment the perp entered I said "Yep that's it. That's the murderer." I won't give it away though. I guess you can say that it's all those years of watching crime show after crime show (I love crime and thriller shows), but somewhere it's also the CVs lack of ability to keep the suspense intact. They make it so obvious from the beginning either by copying something or like they did today, that the suspense is all lost.

They seemed to have copied the dynamic of the Mentalist team for this show verbatim. It's okay, I will tolerate it😃 Never a fan of Rigsby-Van Pelt though🥱

I do think that Teresa in particular never got to demonstrate much in terms of her cerebral contribution to the cases- she and Rigsby were all action most of the time. Cho on the other hand was shown as a good interrogator while Van pelt was the technical specialist- guess I was talking about that😊

I really like the dynamic b/w Raghav and Trisha, it seems to be well-etched. Much more than the dysfunctional duo Jane and Lisbon, though I liked their pairing at the end too.

I seem to have a gut instinct for perps because pf all my years of watching thrillers and police procedurals, just like you. It doesn't matter how well it's done, I always know it. Perhaps casting a lesser-known or unfamiliar actor as the perp works, because i am vaguely familiar with this dude after watching some shows, and it's obvious that he had a vital role to play😳

Agree with your points. Thumbs up for the creativity.
And yeah, I'd like to see more of Trisha. I mean, I love Raghav, but I liked Trisha first :D

More than the cases the glimpses of Raghav as more than an agent are worth watching. Especially the way he broke down at the shower scene.
I like how the clues were wrapped up. Slick.

^ Thank you:)
Absolutely. Trisha is my favourite character and I'd like to see more of her as the series progresses.
The details in particular were well-presented, everything led to a logical conclusion and I liked that.
