Headlines:

1. Sandeep is offered a promotion, he turns it down as it would involve moing to Mumbai

2. Rasik finds out about Sandeep & Urmi and says no

3. Urmi packs her bags and goes to Sandeep, tries to convince him to run away, there is no other option now

4. Sandeep refuses to run away. Urmi walks off & Sandeep runs after her, the whole mohalla comes out and sees what's going on

5. Everyone says Sandeep & Urmi make the best couple, but Rasik is not happy. He likes Sandeep but is not happy as the dreams he has for Urmi won't be fulfilled

6. Babuji says that if Sandeep can fulfill all dreams in a year, would Rasik give his approval? Rasik says he would take Urmi to Sandeep himself if Sandeep can do so in a year.

7. Sandeep takes the editor post in Mumbai.

Detailed update:

Urmi is stitching the button back on Rasik's kurta. Sujata is sat at the table cleaning rice. Rasik talks about how Urmi is one in a million, she'll turn whichever house she marries into a heaven and keep her husband very happy 😃 Urmi says for that the husband has to like that too, someone who can keep her happy..Rasik says that's why he's looking for a husband on the internet for her, someone who is a well settled NRI, where Urmi doesn't lack anything. Urmi looks at Sujata in panic who gestures a "keep calm" movement.. Urmi tells Rasik that being very qualified is not necessary, so Rasik says they'll look for a businessman. Sujata doesn't like this idea as business can go down as well as up. Urmi says"money isn't everything", Rasik replies that this dialogue must have been said by someone who had a lot of it! 😕In today's age, the only person that can be truly happy is the one with money, this love etc is useless talk. Sujata says they don't have so much money, does that mean they aren't happy? Rasik replies that they have played their innings, Urmi has the right to live a better life than they have done.

Sandeep gets offered a promotion to Editor (👏) which would involve him moving to Mumbai () His boss tells him there is no better candidate than Sandeep, and it would be the right career move for him. Sandeep wants to stay in CG..his boss asks why, after smelling the ocean he wants to stay in this well (did I get that right?) Sandeep replies that the water in the well is sweet 😳whilst the water in the ocean is salty. The boss asks what is here in CG that keeps him here..Sandeep replies his life is here, and leaving his life would be difficult 😳

Sukha is talking to Pammi and says he will speak to Rasik and sort the matter out. Pammi says that when Urmi & Sujata have both said no, how can they get involved? Sukha says he'll take care of everything and get the wedding done. Jugle wants to know whose wedding they're talking about...Sukha replies Sandeep di shaadi..Jugle gets angry and asks when Sukha will sort out his wedding....Sukha says next year, 30 feb 😆 at 6 in the evening...but they can move it to 32 jan 😆..Sukha says he's organised the wedding, Jugle can organise the girl... Juge runs off to fix the bandwalla 😆😆

Jugle find the other 3 outside..tells them he's getting married..he tells the others to book the bandwalla, tentwalla etc..who knows, they may not be available later...Rahul asks who he's marrying..Jugle says now that all the rest is organised he'll get the girl too...he just needs to talk to Urmi once 😆

Sukha tells Rasik he wants to get Sandeep married. When Rasik asks to who, Sukha says Rasik knows the girl better than Sukha. Sukha asks Rasik what he thinks of Sandeep...Rasik answers that he's a good guy, ghar ka ladka..but....his income works against him...how Sandeep isn't settled yet. Sukha reminds Rasik that even he opened his shop 2 years after marriage. Rasik says his & Sujata's wedding was a love marriage in which all is OK. Sukha says that even Sandeep can have a love marriage...Rasik can't believe this..wants to hear the full details of Sandeep's lovestory!

Mr & Mrs Gupta come to Rasik's shop with a very good rishta for Urmi, khandani parivar from Rasik's hometown..Mrs G's happy ...Sukha looks disturbed..Mrs G gives Rasik the janm patri for kundali matching & Rasik says he'll go straight to Babuji & get them matched...Sukha says a l'il prayer in his mind to stop things from going badly wrong...

Rasik tells Babuji the guy is good, and if the kundalis match he'll call him over this weekend. Babuji looks a bit disturbed, and Rasik says he understands Babuji's tension, until the children are settled the parents can't rest. Babuji asks Rasik for his honest opinion on Sandeep. Rasik's initial reaction is to ask why everyone wants his opinion on Sandeep...😕

Rasik says finding a guy like a Sandeep is the best. Babuji asks if he's serious, and when Rasik says yes, he says keep the janm patri as Babuji trusts more in destiny than in a kundali.

Urmi is on her balcony watching Sandeep's balcony, waiting for him to appear...she notes the velle trying to get a bird to fly. Sandeep comes out onto his balcony and calls Urmi over...Rasik is walking towards home..Urmi is all 😳 ..Rasik has reached the bottom of the stairs, looks up to see Urmi stood there..Urmi is indicating to Sandeep to wait (all ishaare mein, no words). Rasik sees. Urmi says (in ishaare) that he has to blow her a kiss. Sandeep gets angry and indicates she's lost her mind, he's not doing it. She gets sulky, he blows her a kiss(very subtley) and Urmi blows one back. Sandeep pats his cheek...Urmi 😳 and goes inside... Rasik sees the whole thing from downstairs and remembers all the conversations that Sukha/Sujata have had with him, and the Ramleela scene. He collapses. Jugle, Mushi & Hari catch him & take him upstairs.

Rasik asks Sujata if anything has happened that only Sujata & Urmi know about. Sujata tells him everything. Rasik is angry that no-one told him, and it's only when he asked that he's found out. Urmi comes out and asks what's happened. Rasik asks where's she's going, she says to give Sandeep kheer. Rasik gets up & slaps her.....

He's angry that the whole mohalla was praising Sandeep to him as they all knew about Urmi's story...He should have slapped himself as this is the first time he raised a hand on Urmi.

Rasik is angry at Sujata as she hadn't told him. He tells Urmi his answer is no, not only because Sandeep isn't a crore pati but also because he is so much older than Urmi..he's 33, and he hasn't made anything of his career. He does everything but earn money. Urmi is angry, she says all Rasik cares about is money, Rasik replies that when she has 2 mouths to feed she won't think like that. He won't let her do this. Either she understands this matter and forgets Sandeep or he will go speak to him. Urmi says if he speaks to Sandeep about this she will not ever marry. Rasik tells her to stay home, he has enough to keep feeding her for the rest of her life..When Urmi argues back he tells her she won't understand today but the day will come when she crys about this decision. Rasik walks out of the room.

It's dark, Sandeep is sleeping when there's a knock on the door. He finally wakes & checks the clock, it's 530am. He stumbles to open the door and it's Urmi with a suitcase. Urmi says Rasik said no...Sandeep nods as though he was expecting that...😒

Urmi is sat in the chair, crying, Sandeep sat at his desk. He asks if she told anyone she was coming to his, she says if she had asked they wouldn't have let her come. So in effect shes run away. He says now she wants her to pack his suitcase too. She answers that if he lived further she would just stay there, however as its only 4 steps away they have no other option, but to run. When Sandeep asks where they should go, she replies "do I have to do all the thinking? Isn't it your responsibility to do something too?"(👏)

He replies that his responsibility is to send her home & speak to Rasik with a cool mind. Urmi replies that the only answer is to run, now that Rasik has said no.Sandeep says that if running was the solution he would take her to London, forget Lucknow (😳) Nothing will change by them running,. She says nothing will change, she's running..the question is whether he is coming with her or not. He says he won't go with her like this She walks out with her bag, he follows her down..calling out to her, trying to stop her. He grabs her arm to stop her..asks where she'll go, she says wherever, it doesn't matter. He should go home and go back to sleep (this convo is happening by the fountain)

He grabs the bag, she tells him to step out the way or else she'll start to think that the person she has loved all her life was not worth her love.😒

Rasik comes out ontheir balcony and calls out to Urmi to come back right now. Sujata comes out too and calls to her to come back home. The whole mohalla comes out. Rasik comes downstairs, Sujata follows..Sandeep is angry as now everyone will think he was trying to run away with her. She replies that he should stop worrying about what everyone else thinks, his goodness is drowning her.

Rasik & Sujata walk up to Urmi and tell her to go home, Sandeep calls to Rasik who ignores him. Urmi gets her bag & goes to walk off. Rasik grabs her hand and tells her to go home now, everyone knows the truth about them anyway..He pulls her a little and then Sandeep grabs her other arm and stops them. He says the mohalla didn't know about them yet but they will do now. Rasik loosens his grip on Urmi's arm and Sandeep pulls her towards him so that they are stood side by side.

Sandeep says the truth is that he, Sandeep Shukla loves his daughter Urmi Mehta and wants to marry her...everyone is shocked...Sandeep continues to say that because Rasik is against this rishta he was bhagao'ing Urmi zabaardasti....(he's taking the blame😲)

Urmi tries to speak but he stops her. He looks round at everyone and says what, you thought I couldn't this? People reply saying they didn't expect this from him... he says he didn't expect it from himself but he's tired of making logical, practical politically correct decisions. Maybe this is not the best way to convince people but what else could he do..he had no other way to prove his love... Urmi speaks up and says she won't let him lie, she won't let his image break..he says better his image breaks than her heart 😳 👏 What's the point in being a maryada purshottam if it keeps coming between them. Rasik grabs Sandeep's arm and Sandeep turns around very angry, ready to fight😡 Sukha breaks them up.. Sandeep backs away and turns to look at Urmi..Urmi slips her hand into his and they stand united whilst Sukha tells Rasik this is the no 1 jodi in the mohalla 😃. Even Pammi pipes up, no better girl or guy (except her Jugle!) in the mohalla. They all convince Rasik that he should give his blessings..Mr Gupta says slap them first, make them do uthak-bethak and then tomorrow morning do their sagai...All 4 deewane look very disturbed and sad...😕 😭

Rasik says he knew that this would happen, he would be on one side alone with everyone else on the other, if he says no everyone will tell tana-mar him for life..But he's ready for that..hes looking at their future... Sukha tells Sandeep to become the manager of his shop for 750 a month 😆

Saurabh offers him a job in the office, Mr Gupta tells him to go to work with Naresh. Rasik tells the mohalla that they don't understand what a father feels 😔

Babuji comes & says tell me what the problem is. Rasik says he likes Sandeep but he's seen big dreams for Urmi, he struggles to continue..Babuji says that all Rasik wants is that Urmi marries a well-to-do guy..that it should be someone who Rasik should not feel embarrased to introduce as his SIL ..Babuji says if that if in one year Sandeep can become that guy..Rasik starts to say but Sandeep doesn't want...😕

Sandeep says he can do anything for Urmi, in one year he will fulfill all Rasik's big dreams for Urmi. If he can't do so in one year then he himself will walk away. Rasik says that if Sandeep does all this then in one year he himself will take Urmi to Sandeep. The 4 deewane look destroyed..Babuji asks that exept for career is there anything else? Rasik says no, he's said from the beginning that Sandeep is the best...

Everyone except the velle are happy & congratulating them. Urmi walks away ..the deewane stop her...they are distraught...😭..Rahul congratulates her..Jugle says but what about us..Urmi tells them they are her closest friends, she won't forget them ever. They cry...Hari consoles Mushi whilst Jugle is crying on Rahul's shouder...😭 😭

Sandeep goes back to his boss..the boss says so now you want the job..Sandeep says if it's vacant...boss is so happy he says even if it wasnt I would make it vacant... Boss asks why Sandeep changed his mind..Sandeep replies that if you're going to change in life then you have to change your mind...He's moving to Mumbai

Urmi and Sandeep are stood on his balcony. Urmi says he's going to leave her & go..to a big job..full time job, with lots to do, far from home in an unknown town...will he cope?😕 😆 He asks if shes trying to scare him...if she is, the loss will be hers..cause if he comes back it will only be after a year.. he asks her to give him a pic of her (doesn't he have lots??) if he thinks about running away he'l look at the pic...she says not to worry about the pic, she herself will come along... He says the suitcase must still be packed..they both laugh😆

Urmi says people still think he wass trying to get her to run away...he says let them think, its good that his spotless image now has some unpredictability 😉

She says she'll miss him a lot, but after all these years what's one more. He says he'll miss her tiffin, but she says after a year both tiffin & tiffin walli will be his..he says he was happy with just the tiffin...😆 She says she'll visit unannounced..so that if he's doing anything he'll be caught...😉 Sandeep gives a typically Sandeep-ish look and says there will be no chori..waise if she comes she'll find the door locked as he'll be working..Urmi says the first thing he should do on getting there is courier a key to her...😆 😆 Sandeep replies with the sweetest smile..is it necessary for a chabi to be in the padoss there too? Urmi replies..always...she comes over to him and they hug..both look like they are where they have always been meant to be...😳
