please help my friend for valentines day

hello everyone can you guys please help my best friend? i have this friend who's boyfriend's family don't like her. she wants to buy him something on valetines day and she doesn't want his family to know anything about the gift she is gonna buy for him the problem is she doesn't know what to buy. so can you guys please tell me what she should buy for her boyfriend something small. guys the main thing is that this year he is getting ear surgery that's why he cannot buy anything for her so she wants to buy something for him. please do help she really wants to see him happy.pleazzz

it depends on how long they have been dating for, if it's been a short time than something small like his favorite cologne or something like that but if they have been dating move than 6 months it should be something from the heart the most romantic thing that my boyfriend has gotten me for valentines day was that he made me a scarp book with our pictures in it and he had things in there from like out first date and most recent dates, it was so cute and romantic

I think she should get him maybe some chocolates and a chain(he can always wear it)

if she gives him a chin he will always have it with him, so this way parents can't c it.
