Sweta's husband killed that girl. But Shweta went to KD to save her husband. She played some major role to believe KD that her husband is innocent. KD fought for her husband. Well she then played a twisted game being oppose to her husband. She told Adalat that her husband killed that girl. But it was her plan too. At same night she called KD to a Bar with fake identity to give some proof that her husband is innocent. She even blamed herself for sending her husband to jail. (infact thats the major portion , the whole track depends). KD showed those evidence and proved Amit(husband) is innocent.

After the verdict from Judge, KD noticed that the girl he met at bar was Shweta in disguise. He recognised her with nail polish and band-aid stickers. He requested to Judge to reverse the decision as he exposed Shweta in front of court. Shweta got 5 yrs prisoned and her husband got lifetime jailed.

And finally technically KD lost his first case..of course he surrenders himself . Else...
