Helloji ............... Sammyji
I still haven't started seeing this show properly, but I am glad you started this topic. I absolutely agree with you that both of them (parents) have done a fine job.

Sami

Lovely post and thanks a lot for starting it.

I like the two instances that you have chosen and they very well show the simplicity and complexity of human characters at about the same time.

The best thing I like about the show is that there are no villians. Period. Every character is normal, neither too white or too black, though they swing like pendulums towards the extremes and then come back to equilibrium.

My Kudi was too good in the breakdown scene when Aditya confirms that everything happened after his marriage with Vidya.

I also love the scene where he treis not to look into his wife's eyes when they sit down for dinner. And Vidya asks him tentatively, hoping against hope, that Antara is not Anuradha and his daughter. Prabhleen was too good. And so was Darshan.

Keep it up Sam. Makes for good discussion.

Poet........I dont think Aditya is played by this guy. That Darshan we initially saw was at least 55 wasnt he?

😆 Skep, that was Darshan Jariwala. We pressed the panic button soon, mainly me. Couldn't bear to see my Munda and Kudi separated.

This is Darshan Pandya and he's young alright. Darshan is Aditya here in AKA.

yes, i agree! everyone does a superb job!! i really love Aditya's acting the most, and I really like Sameer's acting. Also Vidhya does a great job showing what a woman in her situation would be feeling. a good cast like this makes the audience FEEL the show. that's really important for a show to do. even with a great script, a show will not do well if the actors cannot make the audience FEEL everything.

I agree with you there, Tulip. Its not the usual TV soap and I'm glad. It's got a niche audience.

Thats the good part about this show skep. It does not have black or white characters. They might be grey which is acceptable. But the concern is that has the Indian audience matured up to such show of complex emotions.
And moreover they are touching a very sensitive issue and half of us are not even aware about it.
